Your treated to a bunch of buildings brought in to represent an old Montana town. From the Laundry and Jail buildings, to horses, goats, chickens, and turkeys to visit as you walk through this small remote town. Karen and family were warm and inviting questions about their plans for this area. We enjoyed a bonfire and visit with them and the other guests. Our camping site was out in a field with awesome views and everyone waved as they passed by on the nearby road. We will be back!

1800s Old West was a unique place to camp. This location would be great for a group of friends or family. While you camp, others could rent rooms in the jail or other buildings. Individual campsites do not have tables or private fire pits. Instead, a communal fire is held most nights and started by the staff. You can also bring your horses and ride around the area. If, instead, you crave solitude, this is not the place to reserve. Very nice staff and unique setting.

I can’t say enough about what an amazing experience this was. I camped here for 3 nights and both my kids and I loved it. So much to explore, and great history in the buildings. The saloon was the perfect place to relax during the day or shelter during a rainstorm. Karen and her family are incredible people who welcomed us like family. If I could give 10 stars out of 5, I would.
