Learn more about this land: Cozy cabin for two with a wall that swings out for fresh mountain air. This is a private spot that’s close to the highway, the airport, and a short drive into town but far enough away you’ll enjoy stellar views of the grass valley. There is a train that runs along the property, sound mostly muffled when you’re inside the cabin, but that is something to consider when staying here. I hope to host you soon!

Fantastically accommodating communication!!! Excellent location; I attended a concert downtown & was able to get to the location within 20 minutes & enjoy rural quiet & quaintness. So happy with my selection here!

Beautiful spot to enjoy an amazing sunset. Close to downtown Missoula. We set up in the cabin, watched the sunset and headed to town for dinner. Twin bed and camping cot on the floor fit 2 people comfortably. Great way to explore the area.

A unique option near Missoula
I will have to say that the host was extremely quick to reply, to communicate with, very accommodating, and friendly, and very appreciated. The space is cool and unique and my 2 boys loved staying here. It was a spontaneous booking as we decided not to continue up to Flathead lake and stop in Missoula to see some music at Kettlehouse amphitheater. The space was not big enough for all 3 of us so I slept out on the little porch on my cot and sleeping pad. We didn’t expect it to be big enough just wanted to say this space is really ideal for a single person, I would not enjoy sharing this small bed with another adult. It was pretty chilly at night so luckily we had our own sleeping bags. There are pretty views of mountains in the distance but you are looking down across a valley of houses, garages, out building etc. your not nestled in rolling hills your basically perched up on a hill looking over farm land and scattered homes. The space is simple. A good place to sleep for the night if you are like me and dislike hotels and want a unique experience. A couple of cons. It would be a huge upgrade if they graveled the ground around the structure. It’s just dirt and it’s clay. It was really sticky/muddy and mixed with straw they layed down in the past so it was a huge mess. Our shoes were caked in mud and so was anything that touched the ground. The host warns of the trains, but definitely heed that warning. Some of them really lay on that horn! Some don’t

Wonderful experience
This was a lovely place to stay. We would definitely go back, it was quiet and peaceful (minus the trains at night, but we did know to expect that and it didn't bother us). The hosts were very good with communication as well. 10 out of 10!
