A fabulous overnight spot - and the absolute NICEST Hipcamp host. A great stop just off the main road, but far enough for no road noise. Nice level grassy spot situated behind the fly shop/ general store/bed & breakfast. We were the only campers during our stay. Beautiful views, two picnic tables, water spigot, indoor bathroom facility. The general store has cold beer, munchies
and any basics that you might have forgotten - and the fly shop is well-stocked, a fisherman's dream. Sits on a 20-acre lot (same with the neighboing lots - so plenty of space). We'll definitely be back!!

I got to camp after the store was closed, so I didn't get to check that out or meet Brad in person, but Brad was very communicative over text message and always fast to respond.
The property is a great location, easy to find right off the highway. Beautiful views of the mountains. It's not a campground, obviously, but perfect for spending the night between adventures.
One thing to note, there is no real tree cover and it can get very windy on the valley floor. I was camping in a rooftop tent and the wind gusts were so bad that I gave up on sleeping at around 4am and packed up and "slept" a couple of hours in the cab of my truck. I'm not sure a ground tent would have survived the wind gusts. Just something to keep in mind if you are a tent camper.
We met Brad in the store. He was very friendly and gave us directions for nearby attractions. He told us to make sure to wake up in time to see the sunrise behind the mountains to the east. The moon was full and the moonrise was as spectacular as the sunrise the next morning. Such beautiful country!
The campsite was behind the store and the bathroom was in an adjacent garage. It was clean and had a large utility sink in which we could wash dishes. The store is still under construction so the walk to the bathroom was a bit bumpy at night but certainly not difficult. Brad offered to make us coffee in the morning but we were up and out before he opened the store in the morning.
Over all it was a great stay. And I would go back again!

Beautiful spot with views of the mountains. It was so nice to have access to the restroom as well. We didn’t use the convenience store but looks like they have all the essentials you need!

Great spot with a general store and fly shop. Good luck with the construction Brad.
Basic camping spot with Mountain View’s. The convenience store and fly shop on property has everything you need. Brad was awesome and helped me out with anything I needed. Hope to be back soon!
