Bring the horses! Unload your friends into a separate pasture for the duration of your stay. We get lots of grass in the summer and have hay available for you when there’s snow.

It’s a quiet country location with our own private ponds. Swim, fish, jump on the water trampoline, paddle around, spot wildlife, ride your bikes on our dirt roads, check out our little free library, walk to the top of our property for a better view of the Bridgers, or check out all that Bozeman has to offer!

Our sites come equipped with a first aid kit, firewood, pellet grill, canoes, kayaks, and even bear spray and trekking poles to borrow when you hike.

Friendly dogs are welcome, must be good with other dogs (and horses) and may be off leash if they stay with you. You’re welcome to close the front gate and then all 27 acres will be enclosed and cross fenced.

Fires dependent on local restrictions. We can usually expect a fire ban in August and occasionally during other months as well if it’s an especially dry year.

Site 1 is a pull through on flat pavement, has a stone campfire ring, grill, chairs, picnic table, and overlooks the pond. You can stay connected to both water and electricity.

Site 2 is a back-in site, more private with a hammock, chairs, fire pit, and Mountain View. You can stay connected to electricity but not water, although you are able to refill your water whenever you like, we just can’t leave the hose where it could be run over by the tractor.

Limit of 1 family per reservation, more than 2 kids is perfectly fine, we love big families! Limit of 2 adults. Our family lives on site, this is a family-friendly location so no loud groups or parties.

Joey and Chris are wonderful hosts. Their property is beautiful, clean, and has really fun amenities. Communicating with them was easy. Our horses especially loved the yummy green grass and room to roam. I highly recommend this property for equestrians looking for a place to rest with your horses.
