We had a great time at the YANKEE Clipper! Doug and Cindy were great and we loved their dogs. They were very friendly with us and our pup. The surrounding town and state parks were great for hiking and sight seeing. We are looking forward to visiting again!
Best vacation ever!!!!!
I will start at the very beginning with the very 1st message sent to me after i made the reservation. It was TOP NOTCH communication from the very beginning. With the 1st welcome message and then every question I had answered very quick and prompt. Then came the day of our arrival and they were outside waiting for us!!!!! They were sooooooo very kind and friendly from the minute we got on their property to the last goodbyes. The accomodations themselves was BEYOND our expectations. It was my son's dream come true to stay on a school bus and this one was THE coolest bus any of else have been on. The bus was very clean, well kept and had EVERYTHING we needed plus more. Both Cindy and Doug were very helpful in giving us ideas of our daily plans, helpful to us when we got in for the night and making sure we had everything we needed while still giving us privacy to enjoy our adventure. On our last morning there while packing up every one of our three kiddos lamented about having to leave and made sure I looked to see if we could book it again. On numerous occasions our son said, "best vacation ever"!!!!!. If its not obvious in my review we HIGHLY recommend these hosts and the accomodations as well. We will DEFINITELY be back!!!!!!!!
This place is amazing! You can see the care Doug and Cindy have taken with every detail. My kids really enjoyed the experience. We made great memories by the fire. The bed was extremely comfortable. We would definitely recommend for a unique glamping experience.
