Ken and Joan’s place was wonderful! They both were a very gracious host. The whole family had a great time in the lake and visiting the animals. Would love to stay again!

Camping with animals!
I loved this campsite so much, first time camping with my wife and it was a fantastic experience. Ken is so welcoming and accommodating, he helped set up electricity for our heater at our campsite and we were offered butter when we forgot to pick some up at the store. The bathroom is inside with a sink, a shower, and flushable toilet. My wife and I will definitely return.
P.S. I didn't even mention there is a peacock, an emu, a horse, a pig, a lot of chickens and the owner's three dogs that are so sweet.

Perfect Local Getaway
We loved tent camping with our dogs on Ken’s and Joan’s farm with our 2 dogs! They were so sweet and helpful when we arrived, escorting us safely to our spot. They also brought us the wood and delicious eggs that we had preordered.
We were able to set up our tent under the trees, far enough from the fire so the smoke didn’t get in; yet we were still just steps away from the fire pit and table. The Canadian geese in the lake, frogs in the puddle pond, and coyotes serenaded us throughout the night. Our doggos loved getting to watch the geese and ducks, swimming in the lake, and meeting a horse for the first time.
Sadly, we had to leave a little early…honestly, ever having to leave would have been too early.
