This 34' Pace Arrow is a time capsule from the age of Xanadu. Meticulously maintained over the years, enjoy this guest accommodation parked at our lake house about a half-hour north of downtown St. Paul.

You'll have full access to the RV with a seating area and bonfire pit and you are welcome to be our personal guests on the patio, the backyard, the dock, and the backyard bonfire pit. You are renting the RV - NOT the house. We are a LGBTQ household and welcome all who are respectful of this.

We will be onsite - this is our home.

We’ve got parking for one guest car in our driveway. Enjoy the lake, hang out on our dock, have a bonfire, or sip coffee on the patio.

The kitchen has built-in counter appliances including a blender, mixer, can opener, ice crusher, slicer, knife sharpener, and food processor. There is a four-burner gas range and oven situated under a microwave with built-in ventilation.

The kitchen is fully stocked for your stay with all the pots, pans, plates, and platters you could shake a stick at. We’ve even got shish-kabob sticks.

The bedroom has a double bed with a new mattress purchased in early 2022. There is a small closet to hang clothes with a few built-in drawers.

The bathroom area has two spaces - a half bathroom with a toilet, sink, medicine cabinet, and vent. Across the hall is the full-sized shower. This section of the RV has dividing walls for privacy and can be partitioned to be a part of the bedroom or a part of the main cabin…depending on which wall dividers you use.

The dinette seats four and in tandem with the living room sofa chairs and pop-out table, you can serve up to six people with table space for place settings. The dinette converts to a twin bed and the living room couch folds out to a second double bed.

Please note: The RV has wall dividers that can separate the space into four areas - bedroom with double bed, bathroom, kitchen/dinette with convertible single bed, and living room w/two convertible beds (double + twin xl).

The boat is NOT included in the HipCamp booking. We are happy to discuss taking you out with us on the lake as our guests.

This is a stationary RV. You are not able to move it from its current location.

Take a walk to the general store for some snacks, visit their liquor store, or stock up on live bait for fishing.

Did you bring a bike? Explore the winding roads through the countryside or see if you can figure out how to navigate around the lake. Fun fact….gangster John Dillinger’s hideout cabin still sits on an unmarked portion of shoreline on our lake. Can you find it?

Everything else will be accessible by car.
