Things we liked: the oak campsite was very private, had shade, good hammock trees, a nice view of the water, fire pit with wood provided. No water access at the site but the dock was nearby. Kayaks also provided although we were not able to use them. The hosts were really nice and helped us out when our camper battery was dead.
Things we didn't like: outhouse was a bit far away, which would have been okay except the ticks and mosquitoes were some of the worst I've ever seen! This was in May! We really couldn't go outside, and they found their way into our camper during the night and chewed up my daughter's face so badly we had to leave right away.
Other things to be aware of, especially if you have a camper: you will have to go off of the mowed trail to turn around with a camper, backing in between the trees to get your camper facing the site is difficult, and the mud on the trail out to the campsite could be a problem if you don't have a lot of clearance.
