Dancing the Land Farm is a sweet little organic farm on a gravel road in Central Minnesota run by sweethearts Liz and Curtis. We raise veggies, flowers, herbs, goats, sheep, pigs, and lots of chickens, peacocks, and other fowl. The land is dotted with rolling glacial moraine hills surrounded by marshes. Sandhill Cranes, herons, swans, geese, ducks and all other kind of water loving critters are common sights here. Even otters and beaver have been seen! We are a working farm and campers are welcome to take a tour and see some of the ins and outs of what we do. The farm has four people who live and make home here year-round. The community is friendly, warm, always up for meeting new folks! We have options available to buy fresh, organic veggies, meat, and goat cheese directly from the farm during your stay! We have a few sites that we keep mowed that are beautiful, private, and overlook our organic gardens.

The site was private and beautiful. Perfect stay for a couple camping. Would definitely stay again!
Quiet farm out in the country. Elizabeth and her husband were very friendly and answered all our questions about their fabulous vegetable gardens. Not a lot of room for a large camper or trailer, but our [email protected] 400 fit just fine. We camped right by the garden and the sheep.
Such a lovely farm and really wonderful people! Will stay again anytime I'm in this part of the country!
Wow! What an awesome place to camp for the night! Curtis, Liz, & the whole team at Dancing the Land made us feel immediately welcomed and at home. Our young kids loved the chickens & goats, and we highly recommend the farm tour. We can’t wait to go back and help out around the farm.
Curtis was very nice, he met us, showed us to the site. It was a good distance between their livestock field & the main house next to a marsh off one side of the road. Maybe a 20 yard carry in. You'll need a camp stove (no fire ring) & a good camping pad (deep divots/unlevel ground), skip using the out building facility if you can. Super nice folks, too pricey at $50/night (at time of review).
