This is only 1 group and no more than 4 tents or combination of truck camper/tent. NOTE; **When you put in the total of guests this is to identify how many tents will be on property NOT Guests. (Only 2 people per tent) You may book up to 4. Tents only or Pick up Truck Camper.  You MUST have a high clearance 4x4 to drive into the site, see pictures for incline, to get on property. There is plenty of shoulder for parking.  Do not drive any further onto the property than what is necessary, just beyond the trees you drive into. Too close to the waters edge does get soft.  You are close enough to carry your items to your dispersed campsite.  (we are not responsible for any mishaps with your vehicle if you choose to make the incline). Parking on the roadside is best.

If you are looking for Resort Amnesties, you will not find it here.  What you will get, no one bothering you at check-in.  You may choose any spot in the landscape (within the orange stakes and not on the waters edge). You are on your own to explore, enjoy the water and the festivities of the local area.

The waters edge offers a fire ring. Please remember to keep it in its current location and always extinguish it with water when not attended.   There is no one to tell you to turn down your radio, although we do ask you to be respectful.  There is no running water, electric or bath houses.

Ground covering (tarp) for beneath tents are best suited and soft bedding is always recommended for better sleep. We ask that you bring your own port-a-potty.  If you pack it in, you pack it out.

Remember, you are on the water; Be safe, use your flotation devices. (Again, these activities are at your own risk and we are not responsible or liable for any deaths or injuries.) Camping is an outdoor experience. There is potential for those flying things that bite, mosquitos. You are on the water. Water attracts them, protect your body as well for ticks if you choose to hike on over to our 17+ acres on the fire lane 28. At the very End.  No discharging of fire Arms are allowed on any of our property.  (Any and all activities are at your own risk. )

Please keep our property looking nice.  Our neighbors lights do illuminate on the waters edge, which is helpful on those dark, dark nights for walking back to your tent.  You may place your tent anywhere in between the orange markers. Whether it be in the more open area or in the wooded area.  This reservation is for you and other campers.  We only allow up to 4 tents on this location.  There may be other campers on the property during your stay.

Our property is for sale. There will be for-sale signs up at different locations as well as no trespassing without a permit.  Your confirmation is your permit.  While you should not encounter anyone during your stay, there could always be that random person who just stops to take a looksy.

Do not leave trash of any kind. You may use wood that is on the ground. We offer beach side fire pit. ALL fires must be contained in fire ring and extinguished when not present. Do not move fire ring.

No camping or parking on the waters edge.
