An oak forest with deer, turkey, foxes and eagles. Assortment of other birds as well. We are currently developing the land as we go and are going to be putting amenities in as we go. Labor for payment is also considered after a 3 day minimum paid stay. No pets as we don’t have the terrain set up properly to keep things under control (already 6 dogs on property from time to time) We don’t currently have an address as we can’t get one until we pull a building permit and unfortunately we cannot cut any oaks until later this year in order to put a dwelling on the premises. This is mostly for tents and vehicles, there will be available areas to park, however space is limited so only bring what you need, we get water at the local family fare culligan for .50 cent a gallon refill. The land will be getting improved as time goes on and this is our first time hosting. I WILL NOT TOLERATE THIEVES! If you are caught stealing from anybody at anytime on my property ( 14 trail cams currently on site with solar lighting and more to come later) you will be prosecuted.
