Pick any spot you want in our 150 acres of property! You can camp by the water, the deer pen, in the middle of the most secluded spot, your choice! Spend your days exploring, hanging out with the deer, and much more. Please be aware, that we are in fact a hunting facility. We pride ourselves in the work we do for the community. We facilitate hunts for charity, donate meet to hunt for the hungry, help churches feed their congregations, and teach youth how to harvest their own food. Our farm is where we spend hours daily raising and caring for our animals. There are deer in the big pen of 150 acres where you will be camping that live like wild deer, they may come up to your campsite they may not. Deer are most found while exploring the property. The deer in the back pen are more tame and some will eat from your hands. Maps are available. You will have to walk through the double gates, that keep our deer inside the farm. It is a piece of 150 acre property, there are fields and areas that don’t get mowed, and some that do. Depending on recent weather, there may be some mud on the farm and bugs. .

The farm is beautiful and there are so many great sites to choose from. It was incredible to meet and feed the deer. Highly recommend!

It was lovely to stay here! There was plenty of space for myself and the other campers. The host was very kind and prompt in giving me some guidance over text while she was away.

I saw no deer. You have to carry your stuff in past a double fence into a muddy unkept field to then follow a muddy, bug infested trail to another field. I saw a line for hanging up deer to guy them. Also this place has a sign out front that says it’s a hunting place. So come sleep with deer that will be hunted and killed? I didn’t see the host but she did check to see if I made it and tried to tell me where the deer where but I look and found nothing. A map is needed and a new description of the camp.

Hi Jill. Yes we are a hunting facility, as the title is listed as a deer farm. Most deer farms are to raise deer to have them hunted. Our deer are raised to feed families through hunt for the hungry, churches, etc. We spend a lot of time teaching youth where their food comes from and how to properly harvest their own meat. Yes there are bugs, we are a 150 acre farm, it is impossible to manage the bugs at our camping sites. We have a lot of deer on the property, the deer in the back are the only tame ones (who are not hunted, and are on the property for people and families to visit and get educated about deer) the other deer are like wild ones.. they hide when people come and sometimes they will get curious and come up. Most deer are seen while exploring the property. We have gotten lots of rain and storms in the area, so i apologize for the mud. I tried to send a map of the property, and didn’t realize it didn’t attack. I would have been available to help at all hours.
