Off the grid tiny house right on 200’ pristine private sandy beach just 25 minute walk to Suttons Bay. Private gazebo and campfire. GREAT for those that love the outdoors. Glamping. This is a new listing. We look forward to your questions & your requests. Indoors: Heat, AC, microwave, fridge, queen upstairs, queen futon downstairs. High speed wifi, TV, 110V outlets. Outdoors: Outdoor shower with hot water. Very clean porta-potty. Roofed 10’x12’ gazebo, outdoor campfire, gas grill.

      Rare Slice of Perfection
      200’ of pristine beachfront on Sutton’s Bay pretty much says it all! From sunrise to sunset and beyond, I could not stop photographing the beauty. Complete privacy and walkable to town were both big pluses. And Roger was super responsive to any question that arises…most importantly to extend our stay! Painful to leave but thrilled to have found this place…it is literally in the top two of our stays on our 5 week journey from California with our 14 yo pup. Thanks Roger!

      Pristine sand beach 200'
      For selfish reasons I want to say stay away....but I can't. This place is amazing! I've stayed twice. Really can not beat the location, the water, the beach, the view, everything is awesome. I can't wait to come back and to see the continued progress on tge property. Thank you Roger for sharing this place with the rest of us.

      Great place!!
      Gorgeous views and clear water. It was really private too. The portable toilet was surprising clean inside. I didn’t feel like I needed to wash after using one like normally. I’m totally coming back here again if it’s available next summer. Absolutely go here.

      Pristine sand beach 200'
      The location was amazing! It was a beautiful beach with perfect location for paddle boarding! It was about 5 minutes from lakeside village with quaint downtown area with nice farmers market and a few good restaurants.
