Leelanau and Sleeping Bear Camping

Pitch your tent in our cedar forest located in the heart of Leelanau County. This pristine piece of property is very private and is central to all that Leelanau has to offer.

The site is at the front of the property in a clearing amongst cedar trees. There is a fire pit and a lot of places to hang hammocks.

There is a farm near the property and we ask that you be mindful of your noise level.

This is a rustic site and we require that all trash is carried out. Anything you bring onto the property must also leave with you.

We do have a “fold-to-go” folding portable toilet with “double doodie” disposable toilet bags. If you would like to use this toilet we do charge for the bags unless you’d like to bring your own. There also is a public toilet at Good Harbor Bay Beach just 3 miles down the road. Again, leave no waste! Any waste you have must be removed from the property.

We do not have running water so make sure to pack your own.
