This is a 9.25 acre wooded tract adjoining Michigan's Manistee National Forest. It has a fully screened in 30-foot 2006 Denali trailer that sleeps 4, an added 30 amp electric hookup for guest trailer or pop-out camper and 4 separate tent camping pads each with fire rings, parking and lantern posts. For larger groups, entire site can be rented Friday, Saturday or Sunday nights for $150/night with two-night minimum stay. Or tent sites rent for $25/night apiece, 30-foot enclosed Denali $75/night and RV electric hookup site $40/night, again based on 2-night minimum. There is a 20 percent nightly rate discount on all sites Monday thru Thursday nights. Walking trails and public beach swimming lake, public boat launch just one mile north on Diamond Lake, among 100-plus public lakes in Newaygo County. North Country Trail also runs neatby and through Newaygo County for the more adventurous.This is a 8+ acre wooded tract adjoining Michigan's Manistee National Forest. The town of White Cloud is 5 miles to the south on M37.

Family Camping

Dale was very friendly, he greeted us upon arrival and told us how to use everything. He even recommended some good restaurants and swimming spots. He was very responsive and quick to help if we needed anything. The property was peaceful, beautiful, and had surrounding trails to explore. Dale and his wife also took us out for a ride on their pontoon boat around Diamond lake. Our family had a wonderful time and made some memories we will cherish forever. We will definitely be back soon!

Wonderful end to our summer!

Dale greeted us upon arrival and gave us all the instructions for the camper. He recommended some great restaurants and swimming spots. Anytime we had questions or requests he was very quick to reply and take care of anything we needed. We stayed here with our two daughters and dogs. We all had an incredible time and made many memories we will never forget. They went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our vacation and even took us on a boat ride around Diamond lake! We highly recommend the Manistee property to other campers and we will most definitely be back very soon! Thank you!

Manistee Escape

My pup and I enjoyed the site a ton. I was looking to get out of town for the weekened, and we were greeted kindly upon arrival, shown around thoroughly, and generally made to feel comfortable. We used the site primarily as a base camp to fish and hike, and the screened in area around the RV was perfect for that. I think that larger groups would have an awesome time exploring, playing games, etc. in addition to exploring the surrounding areas. Thanks Dale!

Bug free camping!

Dales RV was the best! Especially the nylon netting for keeping the bugs out. Wonderful secluded area just for us and my dog loved it! Would recommend and will be returning in the future.
