His camp was awesome. Spacious lots with a fire pit, private toilets/showers, hiking trails and disc golf course right on the property. Greg was also a very gracious host. Made himself available whenever we had any questions or needed anything. I highly recommend camping here.

Great multi-camp spot property! Greg has a beautiful a piece of wooded land that lets you escape without going too far up north. The outhouse is very clean and so nice to have. We barely noticed the other campers at the other site and T-1 was large enough for three cars and three tent set ups. Thanks for your great communication Greg!

T-1 pond at Hall Haven was a great experience for my two grandkids and puppy's first real camping trip. The presence of mosquitoes was very low and makes any camping trip a pleasure. They just install a shower at this location, and it was a great to have. We would recommend this location to all family, friends and beyond. Want to thank our host for a great weekend.

Greg's land was great! T-1 is the "middle" campsite between two other campsites, with plenty of space in between. You are able to see/hear other campers, but with much more space than you would expect to see at a state park. The owner's house is also pretty close to the campsites. Greg was very laid back and happily sold us more fire wood upon request (delivered right to your site with his golf cart). There was a picnic table, lots of awesome hammock trees, a nice fire pit and a bench too. The ponds aren't suitable for swimming but the bullfrogs sound awesome at night time. We booked a canoe trip less than a 20 minute drive away in Gladwin on the Cedar River that was absolutely amazing. I would stay here again! I tend to prefer more secluded single campsite spots with NO neighbors but this was totally tolerable. Bathrooms were clean and didn't stink which is always a bonus. Thanks, Greg!

We had an amazing time at Hall’s Haven. We were a group of 12 looking to camp somewhere that was not commercialized. Greg was a great host and his place was perfect. The property was beautiful and well maintained. We did some fishing and enjoyed the trails. Exactly the little get a way we were looking for. 😀 thank you!
