Welcome to Fabulous Fennville (as of September 17th 2023 the farm is no longer listed on hipcamp, thank you to all who supported me but the current lack of Hipcamp host support forced this decision for me.) Birds abound, Bees buzz and the milkweed full of Monarchs. The sultry evening air lengthens the day until the fire flies remind us to stop and enjoy the night-lite show. It’s an authentic slice of nature with a pond backdrop and a perch atop of a slope side forest. Enjoy a sunset stretch on a yoga mat in the near by Gazebo. Watch the morning sun creep over the pond with a cup of artisan crafted coffee roasted on site. Private yet so close to Saugatuck (10min) Douglas (5min) and Fennville. Cannabis friendly and local musicians sometimes join us for fire pit impromptu when stars align. We’ve set aside a slice of Art Farm Fennville for quiet contemplation. The tent is steel frame canvas with complete screened in comfort. You’ll have access to the restroom and the shower, outdoor communal kitchen space of the Art barn 24 hr’s. The island yurt is great for birdwatching and spying shooting stars surrounded by water, with it’s own dock and swim access. We love to foodgeek-as we locavore the best of our neighboring farms offerings with a pop-up artisan goods CSA weekly featuring coffee beans artisan roast /grind/ french press right here on site. Freshly Roasted Coffee Beans in the a.m and firefly good-nights! Perfect for Bike Trekkers, Road Touring groups and nature seekers, this end of the road private space is 18 acres of gardens and ponds. The two large barns host summer art workshops and events and a cabin is offered as a creative retreat. A shower and small dressing area is available with a locker for longer stays. Bicycle storage and tools available for use. The welded sculpture is the work of Christine and the painted steel work by the late Terry Thomas. Art featured throughout the property. The Saugatuck Interurban comes to our doorstep and takes you into Saugatuck and Douglas, load your bike upon the rack and for a buck you're car free. Lake Michigan is a few miles away. Ask for best local access due to changing lake levels. Your host is onsite and available if you have questions for her you may txt/call directly. Care to inquire about art offerings? Care to host an event? It's possible...

Site 5 - The Campsite at Art Farm Fennville
Private, pretty, close to town
This is a great spot to stay if you want to camp on a pretty, private site but still be close to the lake and Saugatuck.

Fire Fly Cove
Christine's layout is spectacular. It was perfect for my son's first camping trip. The site was quiet, calm, and peaceful the entire stay. The land had paths for my son and I to explore together. The barn was really handy for using the restroom and having a sink to wash with. Christine was super nice and accommodating. The artwork added creative flair to the Beautiful landscape. We will definitely be back again!

Glampsite: Monarch Cove Pond
Not Worth the Money
Not set up for it to be referred to as “glamping.” There was no additional netting with the curtain as advertised in some of the pictures. The grounds of the property were pretty, and it seemed like a decent setup if you chose the option to tent or RV, but as for the “glamping” site that was provided, I would say it is not worth your money. I wish we brought our tent to sleep in because what was provided was poor quality.

Site 5 - The Campsite at Art Farm Fennville
My family and I all loved camping at the Fennville Art Farm. Christine was a responsive, flexible and friendly host. The space was beautiful, the ponds, bridges and the fields of flowers were amazing, as was the art that we encountered while exploring the land. We will definitely be coming back. Thanks Christine!
