This is a great location on the Cape. It is in a backyard with forest behind it. Plenty of privacy. Mike has a hose to hook up to for water and an electric cord from the house, not 30 or 50 amp. He was extremely helpful.
Close to the National Seashore and the bay. Biking path adjacent to the campsite. Farmstand directly across the street.

Location was top notch. But host is starting out does not have dedicated electric for a camper. Several times we had to text him to let him know that we had no power. For two days we had a flimsy electrical cord. He went out and bought a new one which still did not help. We continue to lose power. I texted Michael before I came to let him know what size my unit was I feel like I was too big for his area. He had a slope in the backyard that makes it hard for anybody that needed to level properly. When I also discussed it with him on the phone prior to making my reservation he said there was a place he could have me dump as I was leaving that was not the case. He could not find his septic system. He said he was going to look for it after we told him we already had left. He seemed very helpful but I would highly recommend only tent camping here or a very very small unit and try not to use too much electric. You are also in a backyard which does not offer too much privacy.
