Amazing getaway on a gorgeous farm. We stayed near the pond and it was perfect. There was a huge lawn to play in, trails to walk the pups and the pond made a great backdrop. Also, you must stop by and get some of the cheese - so far we have tried the Chesapeake and smoked cheddar and they are both amazing. See you next year!

We had a short but enjoyable stay at Fawn View Farm. Mary was very responsive and accommodating to our one night stay. Would love to come back and spend some time on the farm to fully experience the property.

First, I want say what a wonderful host Mary was. Very responsive, open, and friendly. She supplied ample firewood to get us through the weekend, and brought additional because the wood at the site got wet. She greeted us with her children, who instantly got along with and started playing with our daughter.
The land itself was absolutely beautiful. We stayed by the pond, where there are neighbors close by, but they were quiet and unobtrusive.
There was plenty of space for us to set up a full camp with our camper, pavilion, and a play area. The pond is stocked with small-mouth bass and bluegill and we had a ton of fun fishing. The sky is also quite dark, which was great for astronomy. I have attached some photos, just to give a taste of what folks can see from Mary's property.
This is also very close to home for us, so it was a no-brainer! I cannot wait to go back again!

Tyson make sure the camper doesn't roll away.Decent-sized bluegills."The Big One". Though I had caught a plant. Turned out to be this guy.Chewing yak cheese is better outdoors!

We loved staying at Mary’s! Very responsive host and the location was great. The (wooded) site was peaceful and private. We especially loved the pond and fountain, was great white noise to fall asleep to. Would definitely stay again.

Quiet camping spot! Mary was out of town but her husband Greg met us and we followed him to camping spot. Very helpful, brought firewood when we asked.
Thanks for the excellent stay!

This place was lovely! The sound of running water from the pond was very relaxing, and the spot itself was secluded and quiet. Just what we needed! Mary brought over firewood, and even though there were campers on the far side of the pond, we couldn't see them and only heard them once! Lovely space and highly recommend.
