First, I want say what a wonderful host Mary was. Very responsive, open, and friendly. She supplied ample firewood to get us through the weekend, and brought additional because the wood at the site got wet. She greeted us with her children, who instantly got along with and started playing with our daughter.
The land itself was absolutely beautiful. We stayed by the pond, where there are neighbors close by, but they were quiet and unobtrusive.
There was plenty of space for us to set up a full camp with our camper, pavilion, and a play area. The pond is stocked with small-mouth bass and bluegill and we had a ton of fun fishing. The sky is also quite dark, which was great for astronomy. I have attached some photos, just to give a taste of what folks can see from Mary's property.
This is also very close to home for us, so it was a no-brainer! I cannot wait to go back again!

Tyson make sure the camper doesn't roll away.Decent-sized bluegills."The Big One". Though I had caught a plant. Turned out to be this guy.Chewing yak cheese is better outdoors!

We loved staying at Mary’s! Very responsive host and the location was great. The (wooded) site was peaceful and private. We especially loved the pond and fountain, was great white noise to fall asleep to. Would definitely stay again.

Quiet camping spot! Mary was out of town but her husband Greg met us and we followed him to camping spot. Very helpful, brought firewood when we asked.
Thanks for the excellent stay!

This place was lovely! The sound of running water from the pond was very relaxing, and the spot itself was secluded and quiet. Just what we needed! Mary brought over firewood, and even though there were campers on the far side of the pond, we couldn't see them and only heard them once! Lovely space and highly recommend.

Mary was incredibly sweet and welcoming and the site is lovely. We had a great time watching the fountain, listening to corn stalks rustle, and running up and down the hills. There is a house on the top of the hill overlooking part of the campsite but we were far enough away to feel private and Mary was familiar with the family living there, which helped us feel comfortable. The only downside for us were the ubiquitous Trump signs all through the broader region. As a family that does not fit in with the MAGA vision, we were uneasy driving in and out of town. This has no bearing on Mary or the site but is a heads up about the larger area that it’s in.

Mary was a great host! Cheerful, friendly, and helpful. The site was clean and private; we enjoyed our stay there. We also loved visiting the very friendly cows she had on her farm. Definitely buy some of the cheese they have in stock - delicious!!

My first Hipcamp experience was a huge success thanks to Mary and Fawn View Farm! The site was private and beautiful. It was so peaceful and firewood was even provided for free (something you'll never find in a state park!) Mary is the consummate host! She was so accommodating and friendly, and went out of her way to make sure we had everything to be comfortable. This place is awesome!

I’ve stayed at 2 different sites at Fawn View and they were both beautiful and exactly what was advertised. Mary is extreme nice, responsive, and accommodating, she went way out of her way to make sure the stay was perfect. I would highly recommend to anyone in an RV or tent!
