If you stayed here and have some insider info for us, let us know!
We had a great time staying here! The campsite was tucked back at the edge of the property so it was very quiet. It's one big space so it would be perfect for a large group to rent out all three spaces. Keith was very kind and there was plenty of firewood for a great bonfire! There was one port-a-potty on site that was well maintained as well as running water for washing (not drinking). We'd love to come back if we have the opportunity.
Beautiful (but consider privacy)
Keith and his property are wonderful but we were a little caught off guard that the campsites were all clustered together and share one firepit. Fortunately there were no other guests when we arrived and we were able to buy out the other sites to ensure privacy - otherwise, it's a fairly large space but offers very little privacy if you are looking for peace and quiet away from other campers. Beyond that the property is beautiful with a small creek, trails, and horse fields. The lights strung throughout the trees are great and there's a sink, mini fridge, and hose. The portable toilets had not been installed yet but we were able to access a toilet in Keith's barn.
Nice place to spend a night!!
Descent place with a plenty to enjoy surrounding nature. Horses and farm all around. The camping place itself is separate with tall trees throughout the ground. So on a sunny day it feels awesome. Also, there is a small water canal flowing from a side of the campground, which is nice.
The campground is not too big with only 3 campsites. We were all alone so had all the space we could use. There is also a swing and trampoline to keep kids busy. The host is nice and gentle and offered us fresh chicken eggs for the breakfast. Overall a very good experience during summer. There was a rain before the day we visited here, so the ground was little wet but wasn’t that bad. We could easily setup fireplace and grill.
Very nice campsite with a lot of space. Great bonfire area, a grill, and a swing. The owner is very nice and hospitable. The campsite also has running water and LED lights strung around the campsite.
Great place to stay!
My friends and I stayed here for a night. Great setting back in the woods of a horse farm. Plenty of firewood, running water, and electric available. The hanging lights give it a cozy feeling at night. Tons of wildlife around, saw two barred owls!
