In the Lilacs

Welcome to Riverside Camping! Our campsite is in the perfect location along the Brokenhead river and with a two miles paddle to Lake Winnipeg. As a gateway to cottage country a new beach could be explored each day, so stay for a  week. Washrooms and a shower are central to all sites in the comfort of a newly renovated suite available day or night. There is a local grocery store for picking up groceries as well as two convenient stores and gas stations. Don't feel like cooking? There is either South Beach Casino & Resort restaurant for dining in or take-out and Chicken Delight across the highway. 

Activities available include canoeing, fishing, paddle boating, swimming and boat launches available. A professional boat launch is adjacent to the camp sites if you have a larger boat.

Camping along the lilacs gives you a waterfront site and quick access to a boat launch to take a day trip paddling to the mouth of the river for a swim on the sandy shore of Lake Winnipeg. Pack a lunch and a fishing rod to catch walleye, common carp, white fish and gold eye.
