Kalvin was a nice guy. Met us at the entrance to make sure we got in well. The site wasn’t built up yet, aside from the dirt road in and some others that you may be able to navigate with an off road vehicle. Anywhere you choose on the ~30 acres is fair game, though you will have to do some clearing to make a spot of your own. At night you will hear plenty of wildlife, coyotes, owls, etc. Potentially (as we did) the neighbors partying and driving ATVs around. As the land is pretty open it seems to amplify the sounds a bit. I would recommend bringing earplugs.
As Kalvin develops the land some of this will become dated so keep that in mind.
