Experience the simple pleasures of the outdoors with friends, family, or colleagues, without sacrificing modern indoor comforts. Comfty bedding, towels, etc are provided and ready for you to simply come and enjoy nature. Our tastefully appointed canvas camp tents accommodate groups of 2 guests. Additional guests can be accommodated on cots in our tents for a small fee. Please see our other listing for the A frame cabins for a total of 10 glamping sites on property. Our yurt makes for an ideal yoga room, board game lounge, meeting space, and can be outfitted to suit the needs of the group when the entire property is booked. Tops'l Farm was established in 1938 and has long been a place where relaxing and enjoying nature has been a prime focus. We are in the process of bringing it to life as a working farm so feel free to say hello if you see us working in the garden, building a chicken coop or scratching our heads as we try to tackle the project of the weekend.       Tops'l Farm Luxury Cabins
      Tops'l Farm was the perfect getaway from NYC! Sarah and Patty we're super accommodating with tips + recommendations! The cabins, tents, and even the bathrooms are a Pinterest enthusiasts dream! I would highly recommend visiting for a peaceful weekend in the woods.

      Beautiful piece of property offering the true definition of glamping. Beds were very comfortable and the shower house was nicer than most hotel bathrooms. Awesome concept...would definitely stay here again!

      Tops'l Farm Luxury Cabins
      Tops'l Farm is stunning. Sarah is such a wonderful host. There are both A Frame cabins & tents available to stay in on the property. The beds are so cozy with fresh linens and towels, as well as the cutest little box of matches you have ever seen. The bath house is a short walking distance from tents & cabins and is quite luxurious with the pine stalls and concrete floors. Each cabin and tent site has its own fire pit, or get a large group together or mingle with other guests at the large, centrally located fire pit. Tops'l Farm will definitely be a place I go back to! There is also a large post & beam barn being built on the property that is absolutely gorgeous. So close to some local gems, such as Moody's Diner & Pemaquid Beach. It's so easy to fall in love with this place!
