12 foot by 20 foot Hunting Lodge Tent on our property. The tent can be furnished with items we have in the tent already which includes: a table and 4 camp chairs, a queen inflatable mattress and cot, one single twin cot, two twin air mattresses on the ground (not on a cot), 4 sleeping bags, firepit, picnic table that we can set up for all can be included OR you can bring your own things. It is set up in our field. There is toilet and shower access across the road and the the Y Camp next door. We have drinkable spring water and power at the house for use as well. We have kayaks, canoes and a paddle boards for use per the day for a small fee. We can offer breakfast tacos & coffee in the morning or a Lobster dinner served if you would like as well. Contact us for pricing as the lobsters depend on seasonal pricing. Pets welcome as long as you think they will get along with our animals (1 dog 1 cat) Only 2 heads up I can think of - This is next door to a children's day camp which is open June 21st through August 27th Monday through Friday about 7:30 am until the busses leave at 4:00 pm. It is nice and quiet on the weekends and after 4:30 pm but if you stay with us during the week you will have to enjoy the loud laughter of children playing and some shouts from the water during a Marco Polo game. We live in front of the field you are staying in and the beach and water access is to the left or right of our house but not so private if you are looking for secluded.

Sarah and her husband are fantastic hosts, we absolutely loved our stay! The tent was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the campfire, and loved swimming and kayaking.

Sarah was an outstanding host. She and her husband made sure to help us with our gear, the fire, and anything else we might have needed. The location is very convenient and has easy water, latrine, and pond access. The tent is incredibly spacious and well set up, with multiple sleeping surfaces and areas for quick storage.

I had a flat tire the last day we were in, and Sarah offered to help us by taking us up the road to a friend's. They were extremely helpful in changing the spare, and I can firmly say that is was one of the nicest camping experiences I've had!

Front view of the tent in the morning!

Spacious lodge tent equipped with beds and table/chairs. Picnic table and camp chairs arranged next to the fire pit. Use of bathroom facilities. Lovely location on large pond with a swimming beach. Kayaks and life jackets available for use. Sarah was very accommodating and helpful. Active area not a good fit is you are interested in quiet or solitude.
