Maine Freedom Driveway RV site

Located in Hampden, Maine- We are conveniently located within 3 miles of I-95 North and South with a truck stop within this distance as well for your gas/propane/dumping needs- we are located within an hour of Acadia National Park. Our RV parking area is available mid October - end of April when our RV is in storage and intermittently throughout the summer and fall when our RV is not occupied or is rented offsite. We have a long reclaimed pavement/gravel driveway (Approx 120 feet) with space to the right of our garage has availability for your RV. We have a 50 amp electricity and water from our well, the hose is wrapped in heat tape for those nights below 30 degrees- this will automatically heat once the temperature drops below 40 degrees. Sorry, no sewer hookups. There is a dumping station within 3 miles of our home at a truck stop. This is private property and guestS can use the front yard and driveway at designated area. Note: we have three friendly dogs on our property who roam the property unleashed. It is ok to bring your Dog friendly pets, just please clean up after them. Guest must be ok with dogs and the occasional bark (no excessive barking). The driveway can be difficult for some to pull or back into as the opening to the driveway is narrow with a drop off on the left side if facing the driveway- so be careful you don’t go into the ditch! There is room to turn around in the driveway by the house. There is nothing special about the driveway but it does offer privacy in a quiet neighborhood. In case if inclement weather, we do have a whole home generator which would continue to power your RV- the generator is loud and is located near the RV parking.
