This property is near Waterman Beach. We bought it as a place for our fifth wheel, but are up there as much as we'd like and haven't yet finished getting all the utilities set-up, so it's rustic (septic & water, but no pump or electricity). The entry/exit is tight onto the road. Watch out for the granite to the right of the driveway. We recommend backing in, but watch out for traffic on Rt 73. Be sure to have someone watching while backing in. Feel free to back up next to the foundation and use the septic hookup.
