On one side of Karen’s Campsite is Karen’s Cabin (weekly rental) and on the other side of Karen’s Campsite is a neighbor’s summer cottage. The wooded lot behind Karen’s Campsite is also owned by Karen. Karen’s Campsite is usually quiet, however neighbors are close by. The private drive goes between the lake and the gravel lot, so the site is not completely private. There is a view of the lake and access to the beach. It is a great site for birdwatching. Listen to the loons. Bring your kayaks and explore the 1759 acre lake. Go fishing. Bring your bicycles, it is a 15 mile ride around the lake. It is 6 miles round trip to Route 1 and a convenience store named The Strawberry Patch. Order a pizza from the Strawberry Patch. Relax and enjoy time by the lake.
