Most amazing stay. Quiet and calm, beautiful views and wildlife all around. Went canoeing and caught two beautiful Bass. I can’t wait to come back
The serene setting with picturesque views of the pond and the nighttime stars from big windows was perfect! The cabin was spacious, and the cots were comfy.
It's beautiful but it's a long walk with a heavy pack.
We love all of the Midcoast spaces, but Pond Cabin has to be our favorite. From the owls in the evening to the river otter we saw in the morning, it was a beautiful place to watch the birds and enjoy wildlife. The stove kept us warm all evening, and we really enjoyed having it and the outdoor fire for cooking. Can't wait to return!
Hidden Valley Nature Preserve was amazing! It was quiet, giving the feeling that we had the whole place to ourselves. The cabin was right on the pond, with beautiful views. We could see the moon and stars, hear the loons calling, and enjoy a campfire. There are so many hiking trails that we didn't get to them all this time. But we plan to go back again!
Beautiful spot, lots of trails to hike! Pond cabin is a perfect place to help youth see the benefits of being in nature!
We cooked outside, the cabin was warm and cozy inside and we explored the trails each day!
It's a beautiful location on the pond.
There are large windows which make it feel like you are out doors
We loved staying at the pond cabin. So sunny and cozy! Plenty warm with the woodstove and very clean.
