Bought some land during the pandemic in order to build my dream cabin! When life gives you lemons make lemonade! This is currently still raw land. I will be starting a cabin build shortly. There is a firepit and some privacy in the woods. Basic basic amenities ATM. Feel free to set up camp anywhere you like. Private 3.5 acres of land. ATV/Recreational trails are less than 1 mile away. Ellis Variety is a quick 5 min drive away to buy gas and snacks and some other goodies

    The Lemonade Stand Maine
    Had a great weekend on gavin's land! I happened to arrive a little later then planed but had no problem finding the camp do to the small lights threw out the camp. It was a nice area well maintained very clean. Would definitely stay here again! 5 stars. Better then expected.
