We’re in the heart of rural Central Maine, Wabanaki land, within about an hour’s driving distance of the ocean and cute sea-side villages like Camden. The Western Mountains, Moosehead Lake, and Acadia National Park are easily accessible from here, though once you arrive at Little Red, you may just want to stay put.

      Beautiful sunrise over the water!
      This cabin was so lovely and peaceful to visit. My husband and I stayed here one night on our 10 year wedding anniversary trip on our way to Acadia National Park. It was absolutely perfect for us. Our favorite part was seeing the extraordinary sunrise over the water!

      Lil Red is a cozy comfortable spot on a beautiful starch of river. It made a great home base to explore Maine.

      Perfect Peace
      Perfect getaway! Our weekend getaway was exactly what we needed. Our pup was able to roam freely and we were able to enjoy solitude and nature. Leketa’s space and added extra touches made this spot absolutely perfect for us. We for sure will be back!

      Perfection
      Leketa is a phenomenal host and her site is equally amazing! Spent one night at the site with 10 other adult campers and there was plenty of room to spare. Massive firepit, cooking supplies, a cozy cabin, and tons of waterfront property. Bring your kayak for a paddle on the pond and say hi to the loons! Hope to go back again for a more extended stay. Look no further than Peace of Maine for an exceptional camping experience.

      This spot was wonderful. Very private with lots of room to roam around and enjoy yourself. My dogs were in heaven!

      Peace of Maine~1/2 Mile Waterfront
      Leketa's cabin was exactly what we were looking for. The cabin was cozy and had everything we needed for two people and 2 dogs. The bed was very comfortable and the cabin was clean with thoughtful touches. The property had fantastic waterfront views, space for the dogs to roam, and a huge fire pit. The directions were clear and up front about the rugged road to the cabin. Our SUV had no problem and she graciously had our daughter park her smaller car at their home. Would definitely recommend!
