This house is pure joy. It’s so quiet and beautiful. And relaxing. The deck is great, the lakeside fire ring so lovely. There is a great propane grill. The beds are comfy. Ben is super responsive and wonderful. This house is the best!
Such a lovely spot with a high vantage on the lake that emphasizes the expanse of water. Lots of fun little amenities too, such as horseshoes, a hammock, kayaks and canoe. There is a fire pit on the beach as well—great spot for s’mores. We had fun watching thunderstorms come across the lake after a day of swimming, nicely protected by the big wraparound porch. The cabin itself is well-laid out, tidy, clean and cozy. There are air conditioners, fans, a gas fireplace if there’s a chill, and an easy access washer and dryer, a clean shower, new gas grill on the porch. Very comfortable lake life in a pretty, protected spot.

chilly the gas fireplace kept the cabin toasty. We hope to come some day to this wonderful spot.
What an absolutely lovely place! My lady friend and I were excited to have a private and scenic base from which to stage all of our Maine adventures and this cabin did not disappoint. Both Benjamin and his mother were great hosts and were very helpful in making sure our stay with them was the best possible. It's an absolute gem of a lake house.
One of the best stays we’ve ever had. Very rustic but has everything you need to make super easy and comfortable. We took the canoe out on sunset cruises, did yoga on the dock and got to fish each morning.
Loved our time at this rustic cabin! This was our first time in Maine and it was an excellent introduction. The cabin is very old fashioned but there are lots of thoughtful conveniences provided and you won’t want for anything. Beautiful scenery and excellent swimming. Wasn’t able to do any fishing but you could see plenty of fish right off the dock!
