We loved our stay at Logan Ranch! Site 16 was perfect for us with shade from trees and lots of area to explore for the kids. The horses and donkey visited us one morning, and Rubird the Ranch dog was around a few days as well - all very friendly! Lots of birds and ground squirrels around. We loved the firepit with boulders circling it for fun evenings by the campfire.
We had two nights of very intense wind/rain storms - not sure if that's typical, but if so, something to note as it was a tad scary with pretty exposed campsites. The road noise was apparent, though did not keep us up.
We drove to Laramie (30 min. away) one day and spent a day hiking in Curt Gowdy (about 50 min. away) another.
There's a little store on the property that we got delicious tomatoes from as well as firewood and ice. Hosts were very nice.

This is a beautiful property. I was worried about shade for my old dogs but site 15 was perfect ans has trees and open space. I camped with my whole family and we enjoyed being able to spread out and be together. The site was private and quiet. We all agreed we would definitely come back.

We absolutely loved staying here and have already booked our next trip. Plenty of space between sites, gorgeous views on beautiful land, bonus to see cows on the hill in the am and just the best serenity in a campsite ever. Great directions, a cute little store with well priced camping sundries, fresh produce and tshirts (bring cash). We can’t wait to come back!

The ranch was great! The land is gorgeous. Elyse met us just down-a-ways from the main gate and drove us out to our site. It was really kind of her. She even hauled our firewood cause our truck was too packed with camping gear.
Site 14 was lovely. In the trees but with a nice, flat, open meadow for plenty of tent space
And a big ol’ fire ring. It’s pretty close to 15 but still, the campsites are huge, we did not feel cramped at all. A family camped next to us over the weekend, and between the crackling fire and the wind at night (which kindly kept the mosquitos away), you couldn’t even hear ‘em.
The horses and the donkey came to visit us on the second day we were there. It was a super fun surprise to wake up to! The palomino was really friendly and hung out for a while at our site. They were very polite campsite guests.
We totally plan to come back and camp here again. There’s tons to explore just down the road as you enter Colorado or further north into Wyoming. Medicine Bow and its many lakes was a great day trip, along with a stop in Laramie for some coffee at the Range roasters. We hope to visit the ranch again soon.

Great views and sites, loved the rock formations on our site. Only thing that would’ve been better is if there was a more flat spot to set up our tent on site #1. I loved how quiet it was and how much space there is.

Fantastic site! We had a blast. The cows roaming around were beautiful, the scenery was gorgeous. Our site had some trees for hammocks and shade. Would come back for sure!

This is such beautiful land and such a wonderful place to camp. We stayed at site 15 — it was very private at the end of the road and with shade . We had neighbors at 14 but it really felt separated. The ranch dogs were so sweet and came around each night, horse’s roam free and so did the cows. Just beautiful views and we can’t wait to come back!

Hosts were very nice and easy to communicate with. Highway 287 is visible from Sites 10 and up. If the wind is from the right (or wrong!) direction you can hear the cars/trucks. It didn’t bother us, but might others. Sites were spaced out nicely and porta-potties were immaculate.

The property was stunning and exceeded expectations. Probably my favorite camping experience of all time. We loved watching the wildlife, sunsets and star gazing. If you are looking for beautiful views, privacy and seclusion while still in a convenient driving distance from town, I highly recommend. My husband and I will make a point of returning the next time we’re in the area!

We had the most peaceful camp trip with friends at the Logan Ranch. It was very private and very quiet. As we had dinner each night at dusk, we had a herd of deer wander by our campsite, followed by a herd of cows, then we woke up to antelope close by camp. It was a serene get away!
The booking, check in, and departure were a breeze. We will definitely be back.

Our little family did a simple over night tent camp. Check in and check out was super simple. You show up and Robert had set us up with the firewood we pre-purchased ahead of the trip. He then showed us to our site and that was that! Super, super nice and simple. We stayed at Site 5 and there’s a little secondary site just up the hill from the main area of the site. The land is beautiful and if you’re looking for privacy site 5 was perfect! Driving past the other sites they looked very spaced out so I’d say you’re good either way! Definitely planning on heading back and camping here again this season! And definitely tacking on a few extra days!

Gorgeous Property! We had the best site #10 loved the privacy. Approximately seven deer walked near our campsite last night. Port a Johns were clean and contained toilet paper. Check in was easy. Robert & Elyse were friendly and accommodating. Easy to located of HWY 287.

We loved camping at the Logan Ranch, its secluded peacefulness and the beautiful views are just what we were looking for. Our two dogs had a blast running up and down the hills and watching the wildlife around. The campsites are far enough away from each other to give you that feeling of being all alone, it was the perfect recipe for a relaxing weekend getaway but close to home for us.

We loved camping in our pop-up at Logan Ranch. We had site 10, which was up a small hill and very secluded. We did several hikes around the property, which is extraordinarily beautiful, with hills, trees, cliffs of exposed granite, and even some exposed quartz deposits. Despite the foggy and rainy weather, we had a great time and will definitely be back!
