Owner was cool, campground quiet and well kept. Bathrooms clean. Right across the street from a pretty good stocked grocery store. Would stay again if in the area

It was clean and well kept. The directions were clear and the overall conditions were appealing. It was further from Hwy 90 than expected which was slightly inconvenient as we were passing through on a cross country trip.

Very nice and helpful camp host/owners(5 star). The sites are small, hardly any room to sit beside your camper. It was clean and close to local attractions. Wife wasn’t happy and you know the saying….. all said 3 star would be it.

We chose to stay at Empire Lodge because of the clean shower house advertised on the website. According to the website, RV Sites include full hook-ups and use of the shower house. Unfortunately, the showers did now work unless we purchased coins. The coin dispenser shot the coins out so quickly, they fell under the porch - wasting $5. Additionally, once we secured the proper coins and placed them in the showers, the showers still did not work. It was a very disappointing experience, especially identifying this problem late at night with 4 young kids after spending time at the lake.

All the negative reviews are going to be for campsite #1. Youre going to get a place to park and setup your tent, and a toilet. Showers and laundry are extra and work on a token system.
If you’re looking for an experience look elsewhere. If you’re traveling through the area and need a place to crash for the night this will do. Theres wifi but i had full service with Tmobile so the wifi wasnt necessary.

It’s a nice place for campers but not really for tents. The only tent spot is right near the road and it just doesn’t fit well. Another big downside was the extra charges for showers, $5 for 8 minutes just seems absurd. Other than that a nice place for one night.

Amazing little spot. Very cute and well done. Very clean. Only stayed for the night, passing through but would highly recommend. I definitely would stay again if I was in the area. My son loved it also, we had 6 deer on the side of our camper and he loved scootering around the circle. Thank you for an amazing stay.

The site was extremely windy all night. Also lots of traffic noise from the road, and lights from the shower house were shining in on our tent all night. Also sounded like someone was walking around right outside our tent which was very creepy. Not sure what happened with that last one, but still very creepy. Nice bathrooms tho, clean site too.

Loved my time here! Close enough to devils tower but not in one of the bigger and busier RV parks of the area which I prefer. The spots are all very level and it was a super easy process to get setup here which I always appreciate. Would definitely stay again if I were in the area! Lots of birds and deer too, if you have animals that like to watch them like I do!

If you need a quick r.v. spot this works. Clean restroom with Pay hot shower. Host was responsive and welcoming.

It was easy parking. We came in late & left early so we didn't get to experience much, but the property was well kept and it's in a convenient location.

Camp site 1 is basically just a picnic table directly off a gravel parking lot and right off the entry drive. It is on a hill in a very windy area. There are lights on all the buildings almost all around that stay on throughout the night. Showers cost extra.

We used the site for a quick overnight on our road trip to Yellowstone, worked well for our needs. Easy travel off I-90, proximal to Devils Tower and Keyhole State Park. Amenities (bathroom and pay shower/laundry) was excellent.

PROS Site was very clean and spacious, bathrooms were clean and close to site. Deer grazing very near to site were a pleasure to watch.
CONS Tent area was very close to road and gravel driveway area providing zero privacy. Road was pretty busy until about 10pm. We parked parked our vehicle sideways between road and our tent as I was concerned for a driver swerving off road to avoid a deer and hitting our tent.

Stopped here for a night before going to Devils Tower the next day and it was so great. They had 2 clean bathrooms and 2 washer/dryers on site! (Laundry is $2 a load and they have quarters for change in the office if you need) It was right by our tent site so that was so convenient. It’s so nice to have a sink to wash hands after being on the road and only having portapotties at campsites lol. Weather was nice and wind wasn’t too strong for us. Fishing is nearby at Keystone and there’s a store across the street. They also have wifi! Would stay here again if we come back to Wyoming!
