Experience the ultimate Wisconsin Northwoods getaway at our secluded campground nestled on the peaceful shores of Bob Lake, formerly Trapper Arts Camping Retreat (rated top Wisconsin Hipcamp site in 2025). Surrounded by pristine nature and abundant wildlife, our property is your perfect basecamp to unplug and unwind. Enjoy direct access to the water for excellent fishing and swimming, or explore the incredible hiking nearby, including the famous Ice Age Trail and Brunet Island State Park, just minutes away in the Cornell and Bloomer area. Whether you're looking to cast a line, hike beautiful glacial terrain, or simply relax by a campfire under the stars, we have you covered. All of our campsites feature power and water hookups and easily accommodate tents, campers, and RV's up to 40 feet long. Timber and Talon Northwoods Escape has two waterfront sites and one wooded site. Located on a 1/4 mile long dead-end road on a 90 acre, no-wake lake. All sites include a portable toilet, fire ring, water, power, picnic table and/or chairs. If you need RV waste water (grey and/or black), we direct you to Lake Wissota State Park or Brunet Island State Park. Please follow all posted rules, pay any applicable fees, and use the designated dump station area during your public access hours.
