Red Lilly Orchard - a bucolic farm

There are not enough words to describe Red Lilh Orchard. It was the cutest, safest, beautifully gorgeous, convenient and a warm place to camp. The orchard is beautiful with corn fields, apples and pears and firld that stretches across the horizon. You wake up to a sound of the horse, the ducks and the chickens and find them all mingling around. The bathrooms are spotless, perfect to use and the host is very warm and hospitable. The access to the house is lit with automatic lighting making moving around convenient. Their dog, hannah is the cutest and our dog befriended her in a minute. She had the best time!! If we could we would have stayed here longer but we were onwards to Montana! Our camp set up was picturesque to say the least. Will definitely come back.

Red Lilly Orchard - a bucolic farm
I saw the Milky Way and met a cool dog. If you need any other reason to visit, I’m not sure what it was.
I will remind myself next time to be more communicative with hosts. My expectation was that we would have a choice of locations to set up camp but those spots were already in use. We also brought our dogs, and Renee was unaware. Our first meeting was a shaky as a result and caused some anxiety.
Overall, Renee has a beautiful property and we are lucky and thankful for the experience.

What a great place to stay! Renée was welcoming and gracious host. She allowed us to park our small camper next to the barn door where there was electricity and water. There was a full bath in the main house basement just 50 feet away. Other folks were tent camping on the grass areas. She organized a Saturday night bonfire. People from China, India, Texas and Wisconsin all had a fun time getting to know each other and comparing notes. The small farm has chickens, ducks, cats, dog and a horse. Madison was just a half hour away so we attended an event there. Plenty of room to spread out. Way better than being parked in a slot at the crowded state park.

I had a very pleasant stay. Woke up to the sounds of ducks gabbing away every morning. Renee was a kind and gracious host.

This was a nice place to spend a night in the middle of August. The farm was in full effect with the corn and other crops making a nice backdrop to enjoy the stars. This spot is outside of Madison, but not too far if you are looking to do anything in the area.
Access to the bathroom was nice and appreciated, but be aware there is a direct trade between how far "out there" you can get and the walk to the toilet. This can be from camping in a backyard next to the house on one hand to out in a quiet field on the other. The other thing I needed to be reminded was bring any equipment you need - like tables and stuff. There are a couple of chairs, but not much else.

The host was extremely responsive and kind. She gave us a great tour of the property and made us feel very welcome. I highly recommend checking out this spot, especially if you love plants and wildlife.

Renee's was vary nice. She had a bunch of option, in her backyard with lots of space or North of her house with cornnfl forming a privacy curtain. See also made sure we had all the equipment and if not would have loan us same.
I would stay at Red Lily Orchard again.

Beautiful farm and had a parade and chickens geese to greet me in the morning! I was antiquing in the area and did not want to spend an extra penny for a hotel room so I camped one night in the backyard. I had to slow down and read the directions to find the place (input the road and just go halfway). Clean bathroom however, the tub is super slippery. It's the height of mosquito season, so prepare accordingly.

Great campsite, had lots of furry/feathered visitors while I was setting up my tent namely geese, chickens and kittens. The flower gardens were amazing. Was awesome having access to an indoor bathroom/shower with towels and laundry. Definitely recommend!

Red Lily Orchard is a gorgeous property with a very welcoming host. The access to a restroom and shower with clean towels provided was an above and beyond amenity that I haven't seen offered by hosts on the platform very often.
The view of the land was an amazing way to wake up in the morning. The ducks and chickens came surrounded my wife and I in the morning and were fun to quack and cluck with. Sweet barn cats came as part of the deal too!
I would definitely recommend the farm for people in WI to come enjoy a little peace and rest at the farm.

We had a nice stay at Renee’s place. She was very communicative leading up to our stay and everything was as described. Easy parking, plenty of space, and the bathroom access was a nice perk. We camped in towards the back of her property and it was very peaceful.

Didn't get to meet Renee, but she was very accomodating! Accepted a late check in, let me hookup camper in the middle of winter when all the parks are closed and even let me use her hot shower! For your knowledge, you will need a 15 amp male adapter to plug in here.

I got to live at a farm! And didn’t really want to leave. The farm, the host, and the horses, ducks, chickens, cats and dog were all lovely. Well maintained and clean. Water, electric, and bathroom. I highly recommend. Note to RVers, there’s a 10’ low clearance on the route via Union so be sure to take Glenway instead.

The space was beautiful and Renee was a super friendly and helpful host. My car battery died and she graciously helped me jump my car.
The stars were beautiful, the back part of the farm was super private and it was really nice to have a hot shower close by.

Renee was the sweetest host. We had an evening cursed by mosquitos with all the recent rain, but she tried to make us as comfortable as possible. The bathroom was awesome and she left us with some yummy heirloom tomatoes.

We didn't get a chance to meet the host. We parked in her driveway and was given the option to use her guest bathroom inside of the house. The bathroom was clean and the property seemed safe. In the morning, the collection of poultry came by to say hello. They were very friendly and looked to be well taken care of.

My wife and I had an excellent experience at Renee's wonderful farm. Our flight was arriving late the first night and we were worried about being able to rent a tent. Instead of having to sleep in the car for the night Renee had a tent and an air mattress already set up for us upon arrival. I can't tell you how helpful this was for us especially because my wife is 6 months pregnant. Thank you again Renee! Highly recommended.

We loved this listing! The host was very friendly and theres plenty of things to do/see on her site. She loves animals has has chickens, ducks, horses, rams and a dog. On our way out she was kind enough to gift us a jar of her homemade jam! Although its not pictured, the host has purchased a new teepee for the campsite :) Enjoy!
