Just 10 minutes from Busselton, and 25 minutes from Bunbury, KATZ Flats is a 10-acre equestrian paradise with many shady trees to rest and picnic under and cleared spots with picturesque views overlooking the lake. There is an abundance of outdoor activities for visitors to enjoy in the region, making this a great base camp option. We are on the edge of the Tuart Forest where there is so much wildlife and nature trails. Port Geograph is a lovely bike ride away, a great spot to launch the boat and check out the coastline. And there are many 4WD tracks to explore and beach access nearby also. We offer several site options, including some with power, water and toilet access, others without power and water but with toilet access, and others that are for totally off-grid campers. What each site does have in common is a beautiful outlook, plenty of space and privacy, and a wonderful host experience.

Great place to stay. Toilet was clean and wasn't too far. The price was reasonable. And the place is beautiful!

KATZ Flats Powered Sites

Ice spot overlooking the dam and paddocks. Can see Busselton lights in the distance. Heaps of birds around and the property has horses. Access to the toilet via the laundry in the main house. The powered camping area is on the opposite side of the house so it’s about a 50 m walk around. It feels a bit like a B&B as it is the family home. Kristi is a friendly host. Easy short drive into Busselton.

Lovely welcoming hosts. Beautiful property nice and close to all the south west has to offer. Plenty of space, quite and peaceful despite property being fully booked with other campers. So kind of the hosts to have the private toilet available. Highly recommend.
