Five River Campground stands out as a premier destination for outdoor enthusiasts, offering a blend of 170 full-service RV and camper sites alongside inviting tent camping options. Nestled along the picturesque Shavers Fork River, this campground provides a serene escape with over half a mile of river shoreline, perfect for fishing, swimming, and enjoying nature. Guests can take advantage of a variety of amenities, including well-maintained bathhouses featuring hot showers, clean restrooms, a seasonal laundromat, and two convenient dump stations. Each campsite is equipped with 20, 30, or 50 amp electric service, ensuring a comfortable stay. The campground operates from April 1 to October 31, with tent camping available from Memorial Day through Labor Day. For added convenience, the campground offers city water, sewage, cable TV, and Wi-Fi access. Rates range from $30 to $55 per night, depending on the site’s location and utilities. While tables are not provided, guests are encouraged to bring their own folding tables for outdoor dining. Check-in is available from noon to 8 PM, with early (8 AM–noon) and late (8–10 PM) check-in options for an additional fee of $20. Please note that check-ins are not permitted between
