Cooper's Whitewater Off-Grid Cabin
Great cabin that was perfect for our 10 month old pup's first "camping" trip! It was off the road and secluded enough she could drag her leash outside without me worrying about distractions. The electricity could handle the lights, but the battery died trying to heat water in the kettle - boiling water on the grill to the rescue! There's a propane heater for inside which was super nice. We also brought extra blankets which were definitely needed for the chilly nights. There was an air mattress which we ended up sleeping on instead of in the loft so I wouldn't worry about edge safety for the pup. I was very thankful to have this as an option!

Cooper's Whitewater Campsite
We had a wonderful time here! The directions for arrival and how to use things were clear and William was super responsive to questions. We paid the extra to have the site privately and we didn’t see anyone our whole time there, we heard maybe 3 vehicles down on the road, otherwise it was quiet the whole time. The firepit was great and it was nice to have wood available there for use as well. We didn’t use the cabin but it looked adorable and would recommend both the cabin and the tent site to others! We drove in with a Subaru Impreza and didn’t have any trouble.

Great spot!
Great secluded camp spot! Plenty of firewood and a good clearing by the end of the driveway to look at stars. Also around 20 minutes to coppers rock. We would camp here again.

Cooper's Whitewater Off-Grid Cabin
Cute, secluded, perfect for dogs
Wills cabin was super cute and cozy. My boyfriend dog and i traveled here for an affordable and relaxing get away and our favorite part was the seclusion and fire pit. A few notes for anyone considering this: To get to the cabin you will drive on a stone road for approx 5 miles or so. My little Lexus hatchback had no real issues getting up the mountain on the roads but it did slip a few times and from the build up of dust or a stone being wedged it caused some very loud squeaking from one of the wheels (eventually it stopped). The solar gen was no real use to us which was a total bummer as we anticipated having it for lights and to charge things as needed. Its a very shaded area which im sure didn't help. When we arrived the battery was at 17% which gave us about 5 hours of use for a fan because it got warm at night. We were unable to use the lights or outlets otherwise. On the second day we had hoped it would charge but only got 5% charge when we arrived back at the cabin. My advise for future stays would be to not rely on the idea that this has electric at all The composting toilet was super easy to use and not scary at all. The mattress to sleep on was comfy almost like a memory foam mattress however the loft had very low clearance. Book the cabin and tent site if you want to use the fire pit! This is super dog friendly! The gas station was nearby and has all the necessities as well as a dollar general down the road.
