Earn this patch by being the first to spend a night outside at a new Hipcamp.

Open woods with plenty of walking areas, including country roads. One mile from the grocery, library, restaurant, churches, and a park that is next to the Pend Oreille River. Camp trailer for rent or Tipi. Plenty of tent sites. Boon docking. Supply your own water and toilet. No using the woods for relieving yourself. RV sites, too. Must be self-contained. Absolutely NO campfires except by the host if there is no ban.20 ft. 1995 bunkhouse next to shop. Water(except hot), toilet, electric. Wifi My guard dogs bark. Please don’t book if that annoys you.

Cold water only. I can bring you a five gallon bucket of hot water for the electric pump, or you can use the outdoor shower with just cold water.

Cooking equipment present

Stovetop or hot plate, fridge, freezer, cookware, cooking utensils, dishware, cutlery, sink or other dishwashing station. All cooking must be outdoors. There’s no propane provided. There’s a plug-in outside with a hot plate and a toaster oven. There’s a microwave inside.

There is a laundromat in town at the motel.

You will see a slide but it’s rusty and probably full of bees or wasps.
