38 acres close to Memorial Park in Pateros, WA. View of the Columbia River and Apple orchards all around. Open property with more sites and amenities to come. Feel free to walk around the property and enjoy the fresh air and sunshine. Spring time is full of wild flowers and birds, it’s a great spot to relax. 26 minutes to Chelan, 14 minutes to Brewster, 12 minutes to Alta lake golf course and park. No bathrooms or running water at this time. Memorial park has a full shower and bathroom available completely free and just 5 minutes down the hill. They also have a Tesla charging station down there for the EV folks. Propane fires only during the summer months. There is a lot of wildlife in the area so be cautious, secure food at night and pack in, pack out please!Site 1 has an 8ft by 8ft tent pad nicely tucked away with views of the river and apple orchards nearby. A small 3-4 person tent will fit on top of the pad but using the pad as a deck is also great if you have a larger tent there is plenty of space to accommodate. This would also be a great spot for a group with multiple tents.

Site 1 has an 8ft by 8ft tent pad nicely tucked away with views of the river and apple orchards nearby. A small 3-4 person tent will fit on top of the pad but using the pad as a deck is also great if you have a larger tent there is plenty of space to accommodate.
