We are nestled against the Olympic National Park over looking the foot hills of the Olympic Mountains . Watching the sunset over uninterrupted forest is breath taking .We offer a whimsical Forest Stay located near Town, Trailheads, Parks and Beaches. Tap 'Contact Host' for questions about weather forecast, seasonal considerations and help with trip planning ^_^ Note that this site does not allow fires from July 1st through September. ☆Inside☆ ~a full bed with heated mattress pad , copious amounts of quilts and electric blanket for a cozy nights sleep ♡ ~Coffee and tea ~plug ins to charge your devices ~ a space heater to keep the canvas tent a bit warmer than the winter air outside ^_^ ☆Outside☆ ~a well lit compost style Outhouse with a Handwashing Station ~propane stove with a percolator for hot water ~open aire off grid shower *note* The outdoor propane water heater is taken down at sunset and returned after dawn to ensure the pipes don't explode if we get freezing temperatures overnight 😅 *note* ⭐There is No WIFI ⭐ but pretty decent cell reception. We want to make sure that we can help with anything that might come up asap. If we don't respond to a message with in 5 minutes- please call. We're available 24/7 so never hesitate to call 📞 for any reason ^_^ ☆the story and our mission☆ It is, without a doubt, a very unique experience. A loving commitment to upcycling and repurposing in a vibrant woodland setting. We are grateful to be able to provide a carbon neutral stay that embraces whimsy and contribute to the preserving of this little piece of forest✨️ We hope that guests can feel a sense of adventure and simplicity seeking respite during this tumultuous point in history . We aim to be a place of sanctuary and refuge for everyone who seeks a retreat. We want to offer assurances for those of the BIPOC and LGBTQ+ community that you are welcomed, embraced and represented here on our little piece of earth. No one should ever have to question or feel concerned that they might be faced with disregard or disrespect when exploring an opportunity to commune with nature. Know that when you are here - you belong ^_^
