We camped again with our motorhome at Adam & Kira’s site. It’s great to have full hookups and we love the amenities (picnic table, well maintained site, horseshoe pit, fire pit, lots of space to be outdoors) right on the river. Adam & Kira are great hosts - great communication.

I really enjoyed Adam and Kira’s Private RV campground.
It was so peaceful and fun. Great river access with lots of grass/sand/rocks. The lights were a beautiful touch at night!
We had a 30ft RV , used all of the hook ups which worked perfectly.
They have two different entrances which made it easier to go to and from the campsite if needed.
Everything was clean and well kept. Took a few naps on the hammock!
Can’t wait to go back!

We had a great time at Rivers edge! We had a travel trailer and some family that did tent camping. The whole spot is yours so it feels very private. The spot is nice and open and the fire pit and games are an extra treat. A short walk down a trail and you are at an amazing Sandy Beach That’s great for fishing. Definitely stay here again!

I wish I could say this place doesn't live up to its description (because I want to easily book it again) but that would be untrue. This site is everything and more. And, no, this is not a paid endorsement. My husband and I stayed here for 4 days with our friends. It is picturesque, quiet and relaxing. The sites are fairly level and hook ups great! Adam is correct is describing the water as iron tasting, but if you have a Brita pitcher the water tastes perfect. The river is literally right there and I caught my very first fish ever learning how to fly fish right at the campsite! Even better views are to be had taking the trail to "Devils Elbow" from the campsite and Mount Baker is right there. It was really hard to concentrate on fishing and not stare at the mountain. Cell service leaves much to be desired (Cricket works great, Verizon not so much). Two arguments to this challenge: 1. perhaps offer wifi or 2. just stay unplugged (which we enjoyed). Concrete is just a skip away and the bakery there is divine and all gluten free. Diablo Lake is a must see and worth the drive from the site. Night time entertainment is amazing: as soon as dusk hits the bats come out to eat and then you can star gaze. Just bring your zero gravity chairs and sit back and relax. Totally worth the nightly charge these hosts ask for.

Great views waking up. This spot was at the end of the road. After our first day it was so peaceful and quiet, as the lot next to us had gone. Which was great, because we have an animal reactive doggie, and they also had a dog. This is the type of spot we need (as long as the neighbor is not there) because State parks are not a option with our dog. We loved this spot, and will definitely be coming back only negative was the water was really metal smelling and discolored. (Which is noted in the listing and we were told beforehand..). So even though we won't drink it, it still smells.
We would like to go when there is no burn ban, so we can have a fire
Can't wait to book again for a couple trips next year, late summer

Great spot. Make sure you bring enough supplies to level your trailer and hook up to the dump. Also bring bug spray and hornet spray.

Our mistake was to book the weekend after 4th of July! Saturday night was a raucous night of fireworks and gunfire from the neighbors located about 40ft from our campsite. The days were filled with the sounds of quads and other off road vehicles tearing over the trails. In contrast, Sunday afternoon through Wednesday were absolute bliss. Adam offered us a free night for our troubles on our next booking. We’re thinking September midweek would be the best time to enjoy a quiet and relaxing time on the river.

This campsite was incredible! There was a massive amount of space, privacy, things to do, plenty of both sun and shade, with great access to the river. A short 5 minute walk will take you to a sandy beach, perfect for little ones and furry friends to play in the water. I think the area gets pretty busy on the weekends, so if you’re looking for quiet and serene, book during the week. We will definitely book this gem again in the future!

Great location, we went while it was of course raining but we had one good sunny day and spent it by the sandy beach that we had access to. Perfect for my anti social dogs who love to run and play in the water. If you’re looking for somewhere with a phone signal, this isn’t for you. In certain spots we could receive texts but not much more than that. We have T-mobile. But it was great to disconnect for the week. I 100% recommend this spot!

We loved our time at Rivers Edge. We enjoyed being so close to the river with beautiful views. Our kids loved exploring the site, river shore and walking the trail to “Devil’s Elbow”. It was peaceful, beautiful and a great adventure for our family.

This place was perfect! Quite, isolated and right in the water, just like the photos would suggest.
There are neighbors in close proximity, so no guarantee you will have the privacy that we did.
Site has two RV hookups, and fit our class A, 36ft just fine.

Absolutely beautiful peace of property… super peaceful, our dogs could be off leash with no stress. The short hike to the point was perfect. The river looks (and is) fast, but shallow enough by the edge of the property that it’s not too dangerous with kids (although you still want to make sure you have eyes on them!). Our family of 4 and 4 dogs had an incredible time! We will definitely be coming back and bringing a friend or two!

Such an awesome campsite! Right on the river and plenty of space for a large group. Two hookups available. Private and enclosed area that was an amazing time for our friends. Great hikes nearby and a good brewery not too far down the road. We’d definitely come again!

We stayed at the Rivers Edge from April 11th - 14th. We were lucky to have excellent weather and really enjoyed this property. Two full hookups were nice and plenty of space to maneuver my trailer. The fire pit was really nice and we enjoyed the large picnic table and tables. There were only two of us and a dog. This would be a great place for a large group or family. We didn't use any of games but it's a nice addition. This location is very centralized and close to Concrete.

The good, the bad and the ugly
The good: beautiful views, clean site, accessable hookups, dog kennel, recreation activities (horse shoe, lasso rope, tetherball), nice fire pit, trail to the other beach
The bad: beach front not owned by tennents, it's public . Fishmen on the beach 80-90% of waking hours, making this a very loud and public feeling spot. Dogs could not safely be off leash and we could not fish on the property as it was always taken up by strangers. Ended up leaving a day early due to this.
The ugly: the "potable" water was absolutely terrible. It stained our bodies when showering and our pots and pans. I definitely would not drink it.
Very overpriced stay. Can stay at a 5 star riverfront resort with all the amenities for a cheaper price and better experience.
Recommend: Seasonal pricing. Reduced price in general. Upfront ad on property. BEACH FRONT IS PUBLIC

Stayed at The Rivers Edge for the second time for my husband's birthday this September. We always have a fantastic time with our adult children and all our dogs. The river was beautiful!!
Adam is very attentive; he calls before you go to go over the rules, directions, and see if you need anything. He also told us about the great fishing, so we made sure we had our poles!

Wonderful spot next to the river. Allowed us a lot of time to fish or swim. Spot has a lot of shade so we didn’t have to roast in the sun. A favorite spot of ours and we will return.
