Jessica and Arron have done a really great job in providing a good camping experience on their property. We booked site C. The tent area is covered in mulch, while other parts of the site are in sand, both to prevent mud issues and you can drive your car directly into the site. The site has a fire pit, a long horizontal tree trunk with a flat wood plank to create sitting or a useable counter top space. They also gave us a tall spool for extra counter top. We were surrounded by tall trees and felt well distanced from other sites for privacy, which is important to us. We could hear them, but not really see them. The site also has its own potable water pump, definitely a plus! Lastly, the two flushable toilets are located just outside the site, so very easy to access quickly and a huge bonus to any camping experience! We drove the 10 minutes one day over to the dog beach where our Augie had an amazing swim/run. Mosquitoes are out, so take bug spray. Otherwise, its a really good site, easy to find and access and we highly recommend it. Well done Jessica and Arron!

Well maintained and clean campsite and the flush toilets were clean and appreciated. Some mosquitoes around the site so bring insect spray but that’s camping! Also the endless supply of firewood was a real treat - thank you!

We loved this space! It was roomy enough to spread out and private enough that you weren't on top of the other campers. The flushing toilets were convenient and clean. Potable water spigots were available for each individual site. We were able to still use the firepits, even in a tier one ban because of the way they are built which was unexpected and really wonderful. Arron and Jessica were very responsive to all our questions leading up to our weekend there. Access to area attractions was easily accessible and we felt comfortable during our visit. We would totally recommend and consider staying there again in the future.

This was such a sweet little spot! Quiet, out of the way, and small. This was my first camping trip on my own, well, I had my kiddo, but I was the adult 😅, and I had some questions about things. I reached out to Jessica and Arron, and they were so cool and explained things really thoroughly for me. It was really easy to find, and their extra instructions made it super simple. If I had one little thing to say about finding the place, it would be to have more contrasting colors on their signs, they were kinda hard to read, and it wasn't really clear where I was supposed to drive when I reached the bit where there were 2 or 3 campsites really close together. I got it figured out though, and it was really easy from there. Oh, also, some openings in the bathroom stalls to let light in, would be cool too. Otherwise, it was really nice! We had a really great time and the area is full of stuff to see and do.

We loved camping here! The covered area was perfect since it rained while we were here. The fire pit and nice bench next to it were perfect for roasting smores. There were other campers nearby but they were spaced out nicely from us.

Site A was excellent for tent camping! The site was graded smooth, the potable water spigot nearby, the firepit area tidy. We stayed two nights and enjoyed campfires from the ample firewood supply. The new flush toilets were a superb amenity. The other campsites were spaced sufficiently apart to give a nice private feel in our site. Altogether a peaceful forest setting and a very thoughtfully designed place to camp on South Whidbey!

Jessica and Arron’s site was wonderful. Site E is in close proximity to neighbors but overall we have a great experience. The bathrooms were super clean and equipped with flushable toilets! We also had firewood which was provided, and the site was very well maintained.

This was such a great little spot perfect for a getaway from the city. The campsites were decently spread out with lots of trees to give you privacy and free firewood was a huge plus! The only thing is that there is no hand sanitizer/ soap in the bathrooms so make sure to bring your own.

We really enjoyed staying at Arron and Jessica's place in site A!! The site is flat and the shelter is large and wonderful! All of their camping spots provide privacy and their entire place was very clean and well taken care of, especially the toilet! Bonus was the free firewood. It rained a couple of days while we were there, but the sand prevented it from being muddy. We were especially thankful for the shelter. We will certainly be back.

Overall, this was a great site! It was well-maintained, a good value, and the toilet was good!
My communication with the host was really nice and helpful when I got lost getting to the site. I got the sense that they are really trying to build something special out there and are continuing to make the facilities like the bathroom even nicer. The Outhouse was very clean and had plumbing for the toilet. Our campsite was also well maintained And there was bark where we set up our tent. Water was easily accessible. We had no table at our site, but there was a nice log Bench that you could sit on if you didn’t have chairs. You could get there with 2WD. The location was good too, very Close to both of the ferries.
We were a little bit closer to the other campsites than expected, and many of the campers were rowdy (examples yelling Around 11 PM to 1 AM, dog on the loose). I’m not sure what the host could have done here - sometimes folks just want to party in the woods?

One of the best camp sites! It is private and spacious. Bathroom is clean and spigot is close to the site. Arron and Jessica were super responsive. My family really enjoyed the stay and will visit again.

One of the best camping experiences I have had - the camp site is so cozy! I like all the trees surrounding the camp site so we don’t wake up feeling hot, yet there are light pockets scattered on the site making it very scenic and beautiful. Restroom doesn’t have a light inside but it’s very clean, and the potable water is just right by Site C. Highly recommend!

Thoughtful layout with the placement of the shelter, fire pit and bench seating. I appreciate that the area under the shelter (site A) was nicely leveled with sand and drained well considering we had a downpour for 2 solid days with no flooding or major pooling of water. Also, echoing what others have said, the flushing toilet is probably the nicest/cleanest toilet I've seen from any campsite!
There were enough greenery to feel like you're alone in the forest even though we could see people over at site B and we enjoyed the sound of owls in the evening.

This was such a great site! Well taken care of, and very spacious! The camp toilet was easy to get to and very clean. Also, the hosts were so quick to respond to any inquiries we had! We also really lucked out and watched an owl in a nearby tree. We could hear the owls at night and it was so enchanting!
We were camping in August 2024 when the island was hit with a thunder and lightning storm- and my ONLY complaint is that the site is mostly sand, which was totally fine until we got hit with rain. Wet sand sticks to everything, so taking our sand covered stuff home in our car (including our pup) created a mess, but it was just our bad luck that we got rain. Just something to consider if you’re planning a trip with rain in the forecast.

Arron and Jessica's place is amazing! There are 4 pristine camp sites all of which have fire pits and are very private! You are literally camping in a forest but still have amenities; free firewood, a flush toilet and water that are all at your disposal! Arron and Jessica answered all of our questions before our stay and were super quick to respond!! We would absolutely stay again!!

Aaron and Jessica’s campsites are fantastic! The second you turn off the highway you feel like you’re heading deep into the woods. Campsites are far enough apart for privacy, clean, with just enough amenities (water and a bathroom). We will book again!

This campsite was immaculate! We enjoyed how private, cozy, and well tended this campsite was. It feels very safe and while feeling like you are deep in the woods, it is quite easy to get to all whidbey has to offer. Although I wish we had had more time to just enjoy the peace and quiet of the site itself. Thank you Arron and Jessica for a wonderful experience!

We enjoyed our camping experience at Arron and Jessica’s land. They were super responsive, gave clear directions, and had free firewood for us. Campsite C was lovely- the sand was such a nice touch for ensuring a flat surface to sleep on, the bench gave it a cozier feeling. The site itself was spacious with lots of options to place the tent. As other reviewers mentioned, the great horned and barred owls were lovely to hear at night. The flushing toilet was a nice touch too. We look forward to returning for another camping trip.
