It was an amazing experience! The farm is so spacious with an excellent view. The outdoor kitchen was so useful! We were able to cook and enjoy great meals while camping. They have a full fridge with space for the hipcampers to use, with a communal shelf. There was some fresh ground beef in there, so we were able to start our time there with the freshest burgers we have ever had! The outdoor shower was great, it was able to get almost too hot, but we managed to figure it all out and have full resets to our day in between exploring the very close national parks. We stayed at the Sun and Earth tents. Great to have electricity in the sun tent with provided sheets. My only suggestion is to bring electricity over to the Earth tent and provide sheets for it as well, just so the two tents that are next to each other can seem equally amazing!

Beautiful and peaceful. We loved spending our family summer vacation at 10 of Cups. It was just our family the first night. We shared the space with a group of four young adults the second and third night. It was beautiful communal living! Sharing the fire and the s’mores!

The property was absolutely perfect. Beautiful lawn and garden, lush trees surrounding the meadow, and a perfect view of the surrounding hills. The garden has a playground and wide paths for kids to explore, as well as a hammock in the trees- it’s so peaceful! The kitchen has everything you need, and the workshop has extra lawn blankets, lawn chairs, etc… honestly we packed much more than we needed, this property is ready to just “show up” with food and a sketchbook. Oh- and don’t even get me started on the comfort of the tent, the heavenly outdoor shower, and the tranquil creek. Absolutely wonderful and so well thought out.

Sayer’s property was awesome! We especially enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and the resident goats. The area was very peaceful, and Sayer was welcoming.

We really enjoyed our time staying at ten of cups farm. It is a peaceful retreat with the amenities needed to be comfortable, including a bed, the outdoor kitchen and fire pit. The hosts were friendly but we appreciated that mostly had our own space to enjoy.

We had a wonderful time relaxing at the farm, exploring the surrounding parks, trails, and surrounding areas. The Moon Tent was a beautiful spot to reset and “get away from it all”. The outdoor kitchen and access to cold and frozen storage was such a treat. We made fast friends with a rooster who we called “Rosie” that visited us in the mornings and evenings to hang out and respectfully inquire about any scraps we might have. The hosts are gracious and available. Thanks for such a great getaway!

Took my girlfriend to Ten of Cups Farm for Labor Day weekend, and it was the peaceful reset in nearly untouched PNW wilderness of our dreams. Greatly enjoyed relaxing in their garden, taking a nap under fruiting trees with the music of birds, cicadas, babbling brook, and rustling leaves in our ears after taking a plunge in the local snowmelt watering hole just down the road. Couldn't have asked for more gracious, inclusive, down to earth hosts. Absolutely magical summer adventure complete with a view of the Milky Way from our campsite. <3

It was an amazing weekend! So quiet and beautiful. There was a surprise storm while we were there and we kept dry under our tent while watching the lightning which was very cool. All of the hosts are very responsive and attentive

The property itself is amazing. The hosts are accommodating and very nice. It felt safe and so peaceful on the land.
The only issue I had was that I couldn’t sleep in the tent. It was so cozy during the day but at night an earwig infestation started. My friend had a camper van so she had a portable vacuum and the first night we spent an hour clearing them out - only to go lay out under the stats and come back into another 20-30 on the walls of the tent. It felt so creepy crawly (and yes, we kept the tent shut but there are small spaces in which they could still get in.) and we ended up sleeping in her van all weekend. I was very grateful to have her van there.
The hosts were likely not aware because in the day they cleared out - it was just at night they seemed to infiltrate.
I understand that is a hard issue to fix - and I know bugs are part of camping - and so a solution could be to have a bug net over the bed. That way, it at least the guest feels protected for sleep.

Secluded Tent Site
Really special spot deep in a verdant valley between Rainer, St Helens and Adams. The campsite is indeed secluded, up the hill and tucked out of sight (and mostly out of earshot) of the communal area and the permanent tents. The site is spacious and surrounded by beautiful trees. We very much appreciated the outdoor kitchen, hot outdoor shower (by a running creek!), and other amenities, like access to a fridge. Met a number of the hosts and felt very welcome there. The farm is beautiful and a labor of love. Our toddler loved the chickens and goats, and exploring a bit with the resident toddler on the farm. Really lovely spot, left feeling peaceful and restored.

I loved the Earth tent! Communal spaces were well equipped and the land was phenomenal. The tent itself had holes in it so we had *plenty* of bugs join us overnight for our stay, but overall it was a small price to pay. We loved this spot!

We had such a great time staying here with our family. We had the sun tent for 2 adults & 2 small kids and our fam had earth tent with 2 adults & 3 kids. It was the perfect place for us to spend our down time after hikes & exploring nearby. The outdoor shower was so lovely and warm! And having the outdoor kitchen with fridge/freezer and cooking area was so nice. The land is very peaceful and we are so thankful we got to experience it!

Id repeat similar comments to the reviews already posted. This secluded tent site is private, with a short walk down to the potty and shower and kitchen. It was nice to have the kitchen available for morning coffee and to warm things up. Welcoming peaceful vibe and a person I met who lives there was very nice. It felt tucked away & safe. I’d Recommend if you want privacy, & potential community (I felt freedom of choice to be communal or stay solo/ quiet) , open space, and inclusion/ diversity. Thank you to Sayer & friends

Our stay and experience was 5/5. We stayed at the earth tent, it has a double/queen bed and more space on the ground to set up sleeping pads. Our tent was very close to the outdoor kitchen which is very well stocked with all the pots, pans, utensils you need.
The compost toilet and the outdoor shower are also not very far away.
The Hosts are really kind and great people, can't recommend this space enough great glamping space.

It was great staying at Sayer’s property on the Earth Tent! We made homemade pesto and their outdoor kitchen was fully equipped with all the tools and cookware we needed. It was a quiet and beautiful stay, and we would definitely come back!

This spot is our official favorite when visiting Mt. Rainier. The land is beautiful and well kept. The hosts are friendly, approachable, and quick to respond to questions. There’s something magical about the place. My friend and I found a place for prayer by the swing outside next to the Sun Tent and it felt like we were transported elsewhere every time. We appreciated the serenity of the space, the outdoor hot shower, and Shirsha the dog who was so cute! The sun tent was spacious and the bed was comfortable. We appreciated the lanterns and first aid kit and all the kitchen supplies provided. We were well taken care of. This was our second time here and we will be coming back.

Ten of Cups is a sweet and caring respite for our family. The land is gorgeous and peaceful. The people are kind and available to answer questions. The layout is idyllic and the amenities are just right. This place is special. There is a a lot of heart and intention that is being put into. ***Big bonus it they were also welcoming to our wild gaggle of kids. Creek exploration was a highlight.
