Parking on large gravel pad with apple and plum trees right behind it. Plenty of local restaurants, and a Marina within 5 miles. Country setting, quiet, wildlife viewing near and around pond. Area is fenced and gated. NOTE: A access road leading past pond is NOT part of the listed parcel. Guests are required to stay within the boundary marked by white stakes along the access road.

Site 2 is level on a gravel spot with Elochoman river only a few meters away so close you can hear the rushing water. A shared pond with wildlife to view directly behind the site. Easy access through large gates, suitable for Anglers towing a boat, Travel Trailers, Class B, and Class C RVs, Autos. Quiet, private country setting. Hosts live on site. Potable water available at request. NOTE: An access road leading past the shared pond is not authorized for guests to explore. Guest are required to stay within the staked boundary to respect the property owners rights. There are many nice restaurants and a Marina only 5 miles from the site. ORV Trails, Wildlife Refuge, and other natural areas to explore. It's only a one hour drive to Austoria, OR or to Long Beach, WA from the town of Cathlamet, WA.
