Park your RV, camp out, or rent our RV on a private, secluded farm 1.5 miles off I-5. A comfortable space for up to two adults, perfect for quick stays. We have fresh farm eggs, baked goods, and produce from the farm, depending on the season. We always have items from the letterpress shop for sale!
We are 10 minutes from Birch Bay State Park for kayaking, paddleboarding, and beachcombing. We are also 10 minutes from four different golf courses and the Canadian border crossing. We’re 1.25 hours from Mount Baker for skiing, snowboarding, and hiking trails. We’re also lucky to have several amazing areas for mountain biking in the region.
The Spot
These are simple gravel spots with a rustic barn backdrop on acreage.
There are 3 spots and an Airbnb under the barn, so you may have a neighbor or two during your visit.
Despite the one review, the train is 100+ yards away, not right next to you. ☺️ Please look at the map photo to see the accurate distance.
Guest Access
There is ample parking in the area around your RV for an additional trailer/vehicle. Please note: the turn into our property is tight, and any toads/frogs need to be dropped to make the corner if you’re over 35 feet—just a heads-up if that’s a factor.
There is a Level 2 EV charger available for a fee.
One border of the property is the railroad, which can be noisy at various times of the day and night. Please be aware of regular train traffic noise and do not go near the tracks, as Border Patrol monitors the area with safety cameras and drones. This is a refinery line and is very protected.
We provide earplugs if you would like them!
This location is NOT suitable or safe for children or more than one pet, and absolutely no smoking, please. This is a fire hazard and a cancer-patient/allergy-sensitive property.
Due to a UGA burn ban in our area, there are no outdoor fires or BBQ cooking allowed at this time.
This is a wild area, with insects, critters like coyotes, and airborne raptors aplenty. Being alert and not leaving food or belongings out is essential to your comfort as well as their safety.

These are simple gravel RV spots with a rustic barn backdrop on our acreage. There are three spots, as well as an Airbnb located under the barn, so you may have a neighbor or two during your visit.
Despite one review mentioning the train, the tracks are more than 100 yards away from the camping area and are not directly next to your site. ☺️ Please refer to the map photo for an accurate view of the distance.
There is ample parking around your RV if you need space for an additional trailer or vehicle.
Please note that the turn onto our property is tight. Vehicles or trailers over 35 feet may need to make a wider turn and may have difficulty navigating the corner, so please keep this in mind when determining whether the site is suitable for your rig.
A Level 2 EV charger is available for an additional fee.

Our private 14-acre property is 5 min to I-5, 10 min to Birch Bay beaches, and 20 min to Bellingham! Additional parking available, 1 vehicle limit w/RV. 102m/111yds from a rail line. Not a party spot, a peaceful place for tucking in.
The space We are a smoke-free, chemical-free, no-spray wild property on a salmon stream. We are next to a train line, so if you enjoy a honk and rumble, this is your jam. If you’re a fan of wildlife - Eagles, hawks, falcons, barn bats, coyotes, and owls join us every day and night.
There are 3 RV spots and a rental RV on site so you may have a neighbor.

Please do not go into any areas of the barn or behind the barn in the protected planting area for your safety. We are 10min to Birch Bay State Park for kayaking, paddleboarding and beachcombing. 10min to several golf courses and Canadian border. 1.25 hours to Mount Baker for snow sports and hiking trails, plus we’re lucky to have amazing mountain biking access regionally!
The space This is a simple, cozy camping spot with rustic charm and privacy on our 14 acres. It is 111 yards from a railroad. Perfect for a quick stop in your travels!

The RV is on the back of the property under cover at our barn, far from main buildings. There are RV pads near the barn for our additional Airbnb guest listings, so there’s a possibility of neighbors. :) Please NOTE: There is a train line 102 meters from the barn, wonderful if you like the honk and rumble. Earplugs provided if you don’t. See photos for map of proximity!
The RV has a comfy queen bed with organic latex memory foam topper and 100% natural cotton bedding.
There is a microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, and small outside convection oven; however, there is no stovetop. Organic coffee, granola, cream, nut milk, butter, water bottles and fruit from the farm (when in season) are provided.
Please be aware the RV has no sewer system - there is a portable toilet for use outside of the RV toilet. There is a hot shower, just to make sure you know - it is typical RV size, so guests over 5’9 may have to crouch a bit.
When there is a portable loo available, it is deep cleaned and completely sanitized prior to each guest.
Remember, this is camping! :) An additional outdoor area and fresh water line is available with natural soaps to wash / drain directly onto the property. We are on a salmon habitat stream, so it is vital to protect them 💗
There is a cozy hammock to snooze in, and a clothesline to hang your swim, hike, and paddle wear after adventures. A dartboard is up for your competitive spirit in the outdoor area, a yoga mat if you need one, and there are also games, puzzles and books provided inside.

Guest access There is ample parking in front of the RV for your vehicle. There is a Level 2 EV charger available for overnight use with a $25 fee. We can assist with doing your laundry at $10/load in our front loaders located in the main house. Starlink internet is available for $5/night.
We are in an unincorporated UGA burn ban area, so NO outdoor fire or ANY smoking is allowed.
There are RV pads also near the barn for our additional Airbnb guest listing, so there’s a possibility of neighbors.
There is no sewer or internal wastewater currently, so the toilet in the RV is not for use. There is fresh water inside and outside at the stainless kitchen table; it is treated and safe to drink from our local aquifer. Kirkland water bottles are also provided.
The windows are turn knobs or latches that move in and out. If you are having trouble, let us know, and we can come help you out. The electric load is limited to *one* appliance running at a time, such as the coffee maker, toaster, or microwave. Using more than one will overload the capacity.
We love our little portable home and sharing it with you. We hope to have it for many years - please be gentle with it - Mahalo!
The property is gated for privacy and security. It is a manual open and shut. Please close it behind you when arriving or leaving for pup safety 🐕
