It looks as though this location is being built into something amazing, but is currently rather disorganized. For a place to sleep it worked fine. Follow the directions so you get to the correct gate for entry

The site was so quiet and peaceful, which is hard to find during 4th of July weekend! Leah was a fabulous and accommodating host. Would definitely return!

Site may be under construction but was not as described or pictured. All of the photos are of a grassy area surrounded by trees. When we arrived we saw a large white water tank and the pit it will presumably be installed in, 2 shipping containers and two RVs that appear to be more or less permanently on site - one sporting a large black tank and a chimney stack. If felt more like parking in a construction site than camping. Was quiet and the stars were very visible at night but not a location we wanted to spend any time at - fortunately is reasonably close to Port Townsend and a great bike ride on the Olympic Discovery Trail

Staying on Leah's land was just awesome. Not only is Leah an incredibly accommodating and communicative host (she will help you with anything you need) -- but the location cannot be beat. Nestled in a super cool community, you're right on the edge of all sorts of adventures and exploration -- while being submerged in a rich local culture. Enjoy peace and solitude, and a laid back atmosphere to unwind, reflect or recreate.
This is my multiple visit to Leah's land--and every time my trip to this area and adventures into Port Townsend is both memorable and special. Thank you Leah for all of your help and awesome communication!

This land was absolutely beautiful. We had a wonderful time hanging around camp and enjoying the sounds of the farm. It was not far from port Townsend. It was wonderful! Absolutely recommend. The highlight of the land was saying hi to Uno, Dos, Tres, and Cuatro, the family of goats living there.

We were happy to have this spot. It's clean, comfortable, and not hard to find with the host's clear directions. We did suggest some small things in the comment book provided by the host that would make it more comfortable. Overall it was what it was presented as, and we appreciated that!

This spot was great! Leah was super responsive and quick to reply and make sure I was all set for my trip even when I booked pretty last minute. The directions to get there were clear, just follow the signage Leah talks about and not Google maps once you get onto the road. It was a shared area with different designated camp sites, we didn’t have any issues with other campers being there everyone kept to their own space. Leah was really kind and knew I was coming with multiple campers and two dogs so they led us to a site that worked out perfectly- our dogs were able to do their thing without even noticing other campers. The other campers didn’t come in til later in the evening so our dogs just walked around off leash until they came and loved it! We also in the process of opening the gate met the neighbor on the property next door and she was really nice! Overall this camp was exactly what we needed 😁

Somehow you're in the middle of nowhere and 20 minutes to the heart of Port Townsend all at the same time! Quiet and secluded. The host, Leah, was very accessible and welcoming. I got a good enough cell signal on my phone to stream Netflix late at night when my boyfriend's snoring kept me up. There were other campers but they were all in and out, apparently just sleeping and heading off first thing so we felt like we had the area all to ourselves.

Exactly what it looks like - a few cleared out spots in a field, fairly enclosed. Bit confusing to get to as it takes driving along a small back road but Leah gave very clear instructions that helped get me there! Sounds like they're actively working on it so I anticipate it ever improving

I had a great time camping at Satori on Leah’s land. She was incredibly kind, respectful and responsive about any questions, and made sure I was able to find the location. Camping on this land feels authentically rustic, private and safe — and is surrounded by lush forest in a beautiful setting.
The proximity to Port Townsend and nearby state parks makes it an incredible kicking off spot for all sorts of side adventures and trips. Highly recommend getting into Port Townsend and exploring all the Victorian era preserved buildings and grey whale skeleton.
If you’re a self sustaining camper, and love unique experiences, you will love Satori camp and perhaps will garner a little satori in the process :)
