A secluded forest property in the foothills of Mt Rainier. We are a family run regenerative farm producing fruit and veggies, with a special emphasis on high quality, treatment free honey, and wool from our sheep. We are less than 10 minutes from Kanaskat, Nolte, and Flaming Geyser State Parks, and 45 minutes away from Mt Rainier National Park. Come enjoy a serene getaway, and be minutes away from fishing, hiking, skiing, and kayaking.

Forest Campsite #1

We enjoyed our time here after exploring Mount Rainier! The campsite is close to town, in a woodsy clearing behind the owners’ home. We felt private and safe, and appreciated potable water jug and clean Porta potty. We even purchased a few eggs from the family’s chickens and had them for breakfast! Expect a bit of traffic noise throughout the night, but nothing too bad. We did also notice a fair amount of poop around the site (from the sheep maybe?) and stepped in a couple spots!! But all in all a great, relaxing way to spend an evening and morning, and would stay again 😊

Forest Campsite #1

Louise’s spot is awesome, nestled back on a beautiful piece of land where you drive by cute sheep on your way back to the camping area. There’s tons of space and flat open ground to camp on, but you’re surrounded by trees enough to feel cozy and private. Louise and her family were so sweet and welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed every step of the way. It’s very easy to get to and not very far outside of town while still giving the secluded countryside feeling. There’s so many awesome hikes and things to do around here, we definitely would love to come back. Really sweet spot, highly recommend!
