We are located on South Whidbey Island, in a thickly forested area. You will be surrounded by tall fir trees and salal bushes, waking up to the birds' morning song. Just two miles from the Seaside Village of Langley, you are minutes from some of the best coffee and morning treats or a breezy rooftop dinner overlooking the Salish Sea. We live on our property, and have kids, dogs and chickens. You may hear us working, animals making animal sounds, and the kids riding their bikes up and down the driveway. You are also welcome to wander and check out the trails and our garden. Our home is a short walk up the driveway from the camp site, and you can partially see it from your parking spot. We live in a small neighborhood of 5 acre parcels, the neighbors are quiet but their vehicles are visible through the trees when they drive past.This site is beautifully situated in a forest clearing with ample room for outdoor lounging, and trails to wander on. It has power, water and sewer hookups, with spots for tents and hammocks. Our family home is partially visible up the driveway, more than 100 feet away, there will be the expected noises from a family who lives onsite. Kids outside playing, working on projects etc... Please note there is not a bathroom facility onsite. There are public bathrooms in Langley, just a few minutes away. If you have a portable toilet you must pack it out and leave no trace. However, we do have sewer hook up for RVs/Campers. While we do have a firepit and access to lots of firewood, during the burn ban fires are prohibited. (Typically July-early Sept) We welcome well behaved dogs, they must remain on leash at all times, and must be picked up after!

Our 29ft tt was tight to get into the spot but once there we had plenty of room!! Hidden but close to town. Awesome hosts. Definitely will go back if we have a need to

Camped here for a night, campsite was very spacious and nestled in the trees which gave some privacy along with power and water hookup. A reasonable distance from the picturesque town of Langley which I recommed checking out. Host was very welcoming and clear with directions.

Quiet forest, perfect spot.

After years of searching I finally found the perfect place to spend a week. Lydia & family have done a great job building a camp spot in a beautiful forest. It’s quiet, convenient and even has hookups. Probably good to book this one early as it’s going to be very popular.

The hosts are truly amazing, responsive and lovely people! The space is huge and clean and everything works perfectly! It was very peaceful and quiet during the early morning hours and after dark. The proximity to the gun range is the only thing that makes it a 4 star instead of 5 star rating for me. We had a fun stay and I would recommend staying there due to the proximity to Langley for sure! The hosts were really accommodating to us and easy to communicate with.

Spacious nice and flat parking pad with full hook-ups, a firepit, and chairs perfect for stargazing. We played guitar into the night and enjoyed being in the woods. The hosts are very helpful and responsive. Clearer signage would make it easier to find the spot through the woods, but overall it’s a great stay. We’d definitely return if we need a place on Whidbey in the future —it feels tucked away in the middle of nowhere, yet is still close to everything! Thank you!!
