This was an amazing place to stay with very close access to Langley. We had a great time in such a nice serene spot. Had all the accommodations we needed.

The site is beautiful and is secluded: I think it should be made clear there is likely no phone service available and no internet. I feel like its common these days and good note to point out. The town is nearby and very cute,We enjoyed the time there.

What a nice site. Lots of room to spread out and enjoy the trees. The RV pad was mostly level (stay a few feet from from the edge of the fire pit side, or right side of looking at the site from the opening) and you will only be out of level by an inch or so. The fire pit is a perfect size for all to get around and the included picnic bench made eating together nice. The site feels private. You see a piece of a house here, and piece of a house over there. The only traffic we heard was the owner coming and going from their house which is quite a way a ways. The gun range... For us, it is not a deal breaker. It was definitely there. They stated after 9 and we did not hear them past 6. It was more like fireworks a short distance away. The location is conveniently located a short distance from downtown Langley and 25 minutes away to Coupville. Great restaurants and shopping.
The camp spot is large, easy enough to find, and has power/water/septic hookups for a reasonable price. Finding and booking the spot was a breeze through the Hipcamp app. We were able to modify the initial reservation and add one more night easily. The host, Lydia was quick to respond by message and was very nice to work with. We arrived, had our fun, and left two days later without any issues and no need to make contact with the hosts. It’s like going through the self checkout at the grocery store and not having to have the checker come help you through.
Great place to camp! Nestled in the woods, very private, and perfect for little kids to run around exploring! It was a little hard to find: Google maps steers you wrong, pay attention to the signs! Hosts were very responsive and helpful. The string lights were perfect, and the firewood was a plus. We'd definitely go back! One other reviewer mentioned the gun range sounds: they ARE a little loud and obnoxious but only during the day. There was definitely a lot of salal! Very aptly named site.

Not being level is not an issue if you know how to level your trailer!
Could hear firing range but not bothersome.
We didnt want to have our door face opposite the campsite, so we pulled straight in. If you choose this, make sure your sewer hose will reach the connection. We only guessed, and lost. HaHa
All-in-All, this campsite is very peaceful.

I loved camping on Lydia's land! It is a private spot in the forest with power, water, and sewer RV hook up. There is also a fire pit with chairs and a new picnic table. It's 5 mins from downtown Langley. I'd stay there again!
I had a great experience at this RV campsite and would definitely recommend it to other visitors. The site is well-maintained, peaceful, and thoughtfully laid out, making it easy to relax and enjoy the outdoors. It is spacious, clean, and provide a good level of privacy. Everything felt organized and well cared for, which made the stay comfortable and hassle-free. It’s clear that the campground is managed with attention to detail.
Although there is a nearby gun range, the gunfire was not an issue at all and did not interfere with our stay. Noise levels overall were very reasonable, and the atmosphere remained calm and enjoyable throughout our visit.
This is a great spot for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable RV campground with a relaxed environment. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a reliable and pleasant camping experience.

Camped here for a night, campsite was very spacious and nestled in the trees which gave some privacy along with power and water hookup. A reasonable distance from the picturesque town of Langley which I recommed checking out. Host was very welcoming and clear with directions.
After years of searching I finally found the perfect place to spend a week. Lydia & family have done a great job building a camp spot in a beautiful forest. It’s quiet, convenient and even has hookups. Probably good to book this one early as it’s going to be very popular.

The hosts are truly amazing, responsive and lovely people! The space is huge and clean and everything works perfectly! It was very peaceful and quiet during the early morning hours and after dark. The proximity to the gun range is the only thing that makes it a 4 star instead of 5 star rating for me. We had a fun stay and I would recommend staying there due to the proximity to Langley for sure! The hosts were really accommodating to us and easy to communicate with.
Spacious nice and flat parking pad with full hook-ups, a firepit, and chairs perfect for stargazing. We played guitar into the night and enjoyed being in the woods. The hosts are very helpful and responsive. Clearer signage would make it easier to find the spot through the woods, but overall it’s a great stay. We’d definitely return if we need a place on Whidbey in the future —it feels tucked away in the middle of nowhere, yet is still close to everything! Thank you!!
