The shop is a working facility for site construction. But don't let the word "construction" fool you. It is a peaceful location located in a beautiful valley along the Bogachiel river with easy access off Highway 101. We purchased the property a couple years ago, cleaned it up, and realized it was a beautiful location for RV parking. After several folks stopped by to see if they could park here we decided to make it official. There are forests to explore around the shop and our daughter owns Virago Camp just below us. You can access the river for swimming or fishing. RV and Trailer parking available. Overlanders very welcome! Partially wooded site with views looking over a large meadow and the Bogachiel River. We offer 10 sites, all with potable water, wifi, picnic tables, trash disposal, toilets, an area for campfires (outside of any burn ban), and we are pet friendly! Centrally located for easy access to Olympic Peninsula sites including La Push, Forks, Hoh River, Hoh Rainforest, Kalaloch, and upper Bogachiel trails. Full service hook-ups available and additional dry camping sites on request. Just message Pam or Ray.

Convenient & Organised Lovely Spot

Loved this little spot. Was so easy to get to and set up in a nice way with clear grass patches with tables and a fire pit! Hosts were super welcoming and organised. Also really clean and posh “porta-potties” which were greatly appreciated.

The camp site was easy to find, property was clean and well maintained, huge firewood bundles on site, fire pits and a journal were left for us to take home. I would stay here again! There isn’t any privacy from the other sites at all, which for us, one night was not a problem, but for people who are camping longer be aware the sites are close and open. Being on the street didn’t bother us at all. There was wifi, not the best if that’s something that concerns you. Next to a park/open lot and a beautiful river. Super close to Olympic/Hoh rainforest.

Safe location, level pads for parking, clean toilets. From inside my camper van the road noise was barely noticeable. The wi-fi was a nice touch to check in with my loved ones!

Gorgeous property!

Pam and Ray are incredible hosts and have a gorgeous property in an ideal location close to all the Olympic Peninsula has to offer! We stayed in our 25 ft travel trailer and had plenty of room to spread out with awesome views. We took our dogs for a walk down to the river and they loved it. Totally recommend and we will be back!

When we arrived we found a level campsite and a welcome packet with a pot of flowers on our picnic table so nice. The meadow view near the river was beautiful. The restroom was clean and private. It is a great spot to use as a base while traveling in the Olympic National Park.

Nice, quiet location with full hookups and WiFi. I was skeptical about being parked behind the host's large garage/warehouse, but it was clean, level, and well-maintained. The host was very kind and responsive. I would definitely stay there again if camping near Forks!

Quiet night

Great spot to stop and stay for the night, not too far from Forks. Hosts were super friendly and responsive through text. It was very quiet even though it's very close to the highway. Each spot has fire rings, picnic tables etc. Bathrooms very nice and clean. Don't pass up this place!

Easy to find, large spaces, and beautiful meadow view! Cleanest, nicest modular bathrooms we’ve ever seen!! Pam met us and was very accommodating and let us put water in our tank for dry camping. Great location close to Forks and rain forest and beaches.

Pam and Ray are friendly hosts. The bathrooms are spotless. It’s a quiet, hassle free place to camp fairly close to Forks and Olympic National Park. We just spent Labor Day there. It was our second time camping there. Would come back again.

Camping near the Hoh Rainforest

This is a perfect spot if you want to beat the crowds to the Hoh Rainforest. My spot was level, the bathrooms were clean, and the wifi was helpful. I took a nice walk down to the river and and found all kinds of blackberries. Ray welcomed me when I arrived and he couldn't have been nicer. Communication with Pam from the road was great. Speaking of the road, I know some point out the proximity to 101. It's in a pretty remote spot so it's a non issue at night because there is little to no traffic and, again, it helps to beat the crowds to Hoh.

Great place. Will stay again.

Perfect base for the Hoh rainforest and Bogachiel rain forest. We had a great stay and would happily stay again. Owners are incredible. Bathrooms are crystal clean. Huge areas to run the kids or dogs or both. (Acres of mowed grass) Couple of tips….hike the Bogachiel river trail nearby. It’s out of the crowds and almost as good as the popular ones (maybe better). Plus the first few miles allow dogs. We saw 2 small groups hiking there and that was it. We walked down under the nearby bridge and there is a great swimming hole on the Bogachiel River. Get to the Hoh early In the day or the lines are ridiculous. (Summer) We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Thank you! Only issue was road noise. And that’s nothing that is within control. The logging trucks roll by quickly. But most of the night was quiet.

Pam was most gracious for my family and I. We were in a bit of a bind, our first come first serve camp ground was full as were surrounding campgrounds. They are able to accommodate us last minute and we’re such welcoming hosts. The dry camp location is within walking distance of the Bogachiel river. The area is next to highway 101, so it can be noisy.

Basic site. Probably perfectly suited for RVs however we stayed as tent campers. Nothing we weren’t aware of ahead of arriving- rocky ground & no showers. The toilets were clean & drinking water was available. It is set just off a main road, so not terribly private & traffic noise can be heard but this didn’t particularly disturb us. Perfect as a stop over site & allowed us to get to Hoh rainforest early before the crowds.

Stayed 3 nights.

Simple. Straightforward. Clean bathrooms. Large non hookup sites. Enjoyed talking with Rey. Friendly guy. We were very happy to get wifi although it didn’t always work. A bit close to the highway.
